This location is fairly new. The dining area, kitchen and women’s bathroom were all clean. We were greeted by one of the servers upon entering with a “Good evening, welcome to Huddle House” which was very nice and made us feel welcome. Even though we were placing an order for takeout we sat at a booth because they weren’t busy at that time. The server was very friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. After placing our order she brought our drinks in to go cups for us to have while we waited for our food to cook. We didn’t have to wait long. The server offered to refill our drinks before we left. By far this was the best server experience we have had in a while. The food was good. Nothing special, just good. I will revisit based on the excellent service alone.

At first, they made a mistake, but they quickly fixed the error, and I can’t blame them for making the error. Super busy because it’s new but still quality service. Hands down best fries in town, Food is definitely good, comparable to waffle house perhaps but better, and vegetable options for sides are always a plus. Great service and great food.

Can’t remember her name (thinking it was Lora?) but she had red hair (of course these day and times it may change color tomorrow ) but she had a great disposition and was funny yet polite, a real “people person” and the food was delicious. I have been eating at Huddle House in Jasper since day one. I have always had great food and service….I still eat there at least twice a week and I am a regular customer. All servers have always been fantastic, but I would like to recognize Emma, she is always very attentive…making sure my food is good and cooked to my liking plus my drink glass is never less than half full without being filled back up. Emma is a 5 star server with a fantastic attitude…a happy customer is always top priority for her. I am a customer at this location from now on, and always look forward to having Emma take care of me….great job always!
