First visit to a Huddle House in a decade. Was pleasantly surprised with the updated menu, tasty food, huge portions, and great prices. The place was spotless. Would have rated this place as 3, but our server and desert maker, Terri was so caring…perfect.

Walked in and was the only customer in the place. Cook was outside smoking and only server was eating in the middle of the restaurant. We were told they have no food, not even any waffles to make for us. This is not the first time I have encountered this at this location. Always terrible service and not the first time I’ve been told they are out of food. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Absolutely horrible. There were only 2 other customers in the dining area when we arrived. He wanted to set us at a table and we asked for a booth and it seemed to boggle him and he had to think really hard about it and finally said I guess that’s ok. The kid was probably no more than 15 and shouldn’t have been running the dining area. The service was terrible. We had to ask for literally everything. Like for our drinks. And ketchup. Napkins. Every item we had to call him over and ask for each item we needed. Nothing was in the table or given to us without our asking. Instead of a bottle of ketchup we were brought packets and they felt sticky like maybe they were reused. I asked for silverware and he brought me some but not my husband. The minute I took the last bite of my food he asked if I was ready to pay. My husband was still eating. I told them I was lactose intolerant so no cheese on my burger but they buttered the bun. The food was made quickly and tasted ok for what it is even though the cook did have to argue with the server about putting cheese on my husband’s fries. If you want a quick meal it’s ok but don’t expect a lot.

Went out of our way to eat here, because my husband always loved eating at huddle house. Waited 5 min just to be told to seat ourselves. Then waited 10 min before the server came to get our drink orders. They didn’t know what came with meals. They were out of gravy and other items we wanted.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any dine-in ever. My family and I sat down just for this woman to approach us with menus, to tell us she won’t serve us because she was technically off the clock and us getting our food depended on if the next person was coming in because she had an appointment to take her daughter to…. Uh, what? No good morning, just that statement and she walked away. We were all just left in a “wtf” state before leaving because we weren’t going to “maybe not” get served. Ridiculous

Steak was undercooked, and the whole store was swamped with flies. You can’t enjoy a steak when you’re trying to eat it quickly before the flies land on your food. Mac and cheese was watery, bland and the cook was the waitress who was dressed like she really didn’t want to be there. Very sad way to operate a business

Fry. The cook did a great job cooking, she was sensitive to my allergy and omitted the oil I am allergic to.

Went to this Huddle House this evening arou d 5:00pm, in fact we’re still here. There was a really young Indian guy running the dining room but seemed fairly new, or maybe just shy and awkward? I ordered the southern style Benedict and when it came out it had a spicy southwest sauce instead of hollandaise. When I sent it back I appeared as if the cook was arguing with the server before rinning to the back to look for the right sauce I guess. He then said they had no hollandaise. So apparently rather than ask if I wanted a different sauce the cook decided for himself to put hot sauce instead? That’s not the servers fault but he didn’t seem to really know how to be a server, and the cook didn’t seem to know what he was doing either. There should really be a supervisor on shift or at least 1 person who actually knows what they’re doing.

My husband and I haven’t had HH in a while so it was nice to have amazing service and food all in one go. Evan was amazing for how early it was when we stopped in for breakfast this morning. He was very friendly and the resturant was very clean and spacious as well.
