Good Morning, I just left huddle house and it was an amazing breakfast. The family meal waffle my kids enjoy it. Also, the waitress was just outstanding and the food was delicious. If I could give it a no star today I would. The cook burned my dad’s omelet. The grits were watered down and not even cooked. We waited for about 45 minutes before he even started to cook our food. He was too busy being outside drinking. The waitress had to go find him to get him to start cooking. The waitress that just came in had to cook our food. The cook got mad when she was trying to help him with it. The cook stumbled a few times and fell twice. He was slyring and trying to argue with one of the other waitresses about how he wasn’t doing anything wrong. They finally told him to clock out and go home and he said he was the manager on shift. Then she told him to either leave or she had to call the law. He just kept stumbling around and was going back and forth outside, drinking and coming back in. They did not call the law. I did. Because he seemed to be getting more and more drunk and he wasn’t leaving. I was afraid if he got behind the wheel of a vehicle he’d kill someone. My dad and I always go to huddle house. The waitresses were good but it shouldn’t be left up to the customer to call the law. The employee should be able to call the law without worrying about getting in trouble.

They never answer the phone because employees are always outside smoking or playing in the kitchen. The service is only good when Star is there other than that you can forget it. Certain foods gets cooked first ,so when your order finally comes its cold. Smh they need new management asap.
