This Huddle House was a great surprise with some of the best food I’ve had in a while. I’ve been to a ton of Restaurants like the one but the isn’t as good as it was today. It’s so refreshing to run across a staff that cares about their profession and add more effort than the rest.

Cleanliness was in need of service, especially when associate in busy throwing stuff on the floor while cooking. Also large hole in the floor in the kitchen covered by a board showed they weren’t very worried about employee safety. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper and towels. Service also very slow. Took almost an hour to get our food. Only thing that was good, was the food. Not wheelchair accessible or bathrooms are not ADA compliant.

I called and ordered cheese grits, an omlet w/onion and cheese and the total was almost 14.00. The omelet was so small it had to be 1 egg that they fluffed to death. It was greasy with burnt pieces of union in it. The cook did make it over but I was so disappointed. I only have 30 mins for lunch so going someplace else wasn’t an option . The place needs an upgrade. The dining room tables and chairs are worn out, and the place is just overall dirty. The young lady who assisted me was really nice, but she knew I was very dissatisfied with portion size and pricing. She kept apologizing. A 2 egg breakfast at waffle house is much cheaper with way more food. The employees all stood around bashing another employee in front of me and my coworker. This wasn’t it. I definitely left feeling ripped off.

Always cooking my foot! 7/21/23. Open but not taking orders! Every time I go by here its not taking orders. Three people inside and all they doing is cleaning and they can not tell me what time they taking orders. As a Truck Driver it is hard to get a hot meal at night and when you say you cooking, we will stop in but this place in St.Pauls, NC will disappoint you every time. Should close for good and let some other 24hr food place have this spot!

Disgusting food. Filthy restaurant. Rude staff. I asked for crispy hashbrowns cooked well on both sides, and the druggie teenager with the short hair at the griddle not only makes my hashbrowns soggy and soaked with oil twice, but he slaps them on the table in front of me and with a cocky attitude, says “That good??” Then proceeds to openly badmouth me and talk about how his hashbrowns were good enough. There was no manager on staff. The tables, seats, doorknobs, and everything else were sticky and tacky to the touch. There’s fly traps everywhere. The bathrooms are filthy. I cannot even believe this place hasn’t been shut down. Just save yourself the hassle, and eat somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars I would. Aweful aweful place. It’s falling apart. Food being put away with out being covered. They were out of things we ordered. There were flies everywhere. The inside of the fridge was black. No one in my party ate their food. Just nasty all the way around would not recommend at all

My husband and I usually order take-out, but decided to dine-in for a change. Jill (who was our waitress) was very nice, and checked with us several times to be sure we had everything we needed. I don’t know the name of the cook, but the food was delicious and he even plated it very nicely.

The place was clean, but, the food was “ok.” I took two bites of the Turkey patties and they tasted like cardboard. Very dry and tasteless. My grits…well, I watched the cook take them right out of the microwave. Benefit of the doubt…I tried them and left them. The biscuit was good and the eggs, were ok.

The waitress name Stephanie was great so was the rest of the staff working around 1pm. It was very busy and I know frustrating but they all kept calm and professional as a returning customer I will definitely be back this staff deserve a raise because they deserve it for the job they did
