I was in about a week ago around 11-1130(I used to like going in the morning)and the customer service was absolutely terrible(the servers Names were Lori and i think Jen). Every table that didn’t have people at them had dishes on them. A newer server(I think Stefanie) came in early and asked the server to help her clear tables and she said she was waiting for toast so she couldn’t help. It’s sad when a customer starts clearing and wiping tables down. I have now decided to start going in after 2 when Stefanie is there because it doesn’t matter how busy she gets she still has amazing customer service and the cook that works with her is an awesome cook.

We have been going to Huddle House in Moundsville for the past two years. The service has left a lot to be desired and food mediocre at times. This morning we had a different waitress. Excellent service and food was good. The manager even came to our table and asked if everything was ok. Now THAT was a first!!

2/22/2022 food was on point! And the service was top notch!! Definitely a big step up from the last time we came here. The floor did need a good buffing but our tables were clean and we were completely satisfied with our visit today! Highly recommended if they keep up the good work!!!

Went back to this place after a year, and the environment is so different and the food is magnificent and the new management is amazing. They environment is uplifting and the food let me just mention the food again because I don’t think y’all get it, it was okay before, but now, everything was cooked to absolutely perfection, I don’t think I’ll ever eat pancakes and eggs anywhere else!! Thanks to huddle house for the wonderful service husband and I will be back!! ❤️

Ordered a 13$ steak with extra mushrooms and it was a hamburger non the less with canned mushrooms and it was in the bottom of the bag when it arrived. Sampler platter was soggy. I was very excited for the fried food..then i opened the styrofoamz. Just disappointed. 45$ and dinnerless.
