This place this diamond deserves five stars! From the ambiance to the service and food is perfection. The chicken and waffles was superior, every succulent bite of that waffle made my heart sing and dance lol. The tenders were fried to perfection and seasoned like they were supposed to be. My husband enjoyed a steak omelette stuffed hash browns mushrooms onions green peppers and cheese! It was delicious. This will be our weekend spot!!! Loving it here in Anniston Alabama. Go get them chicken and waffles with a side of crispy juicy bacon!

The atmosphere was very nice as well as my server. I went here after a run, so I was hungry. I got the low country chicken dinner and everything was tasty. However, for the price I feel like I didn’t get enough food. The chicken breast was very skinny and the sweet potato was tiny. I would’ve left hungry if not for the complimentary bread.

First time going here. The atmosphere was great except for the live music. Don’t get me wrong they were very good but it was so loud we could hardly hear each other talk. The waitress was very nice and kept a check on us. The best part was the food. The fried pickles were great, loved the mashed potatoes and okra but the steak was incredible. It was cooked to perfection and a steak knife was not really needed as I could cut it with a fork. Thanks for a great night and I will be back.

Loved it! Very inviting, the building is well maintained. I LOVED the food. Reminded me of “home.” The grits were amazing, and dessert was so good. I’m definitely coming back when I visit again.

The atmosphere is great and we enjoyed the live music! The food and service were just average. I got the meatloaf and zucchini/squash medley and it was quite bland for Southern style cooking. When ordering, our server told us we could get a second side if we wanted. We all obliged not realizing that we were going to be charged extra, she made it seem as though it was included in our meal.

Walking into Hubbard’s Off Main felt like walking back in time. The atmosphere and decor are vintage. Unknowingly, we landed on Sunday’s buffet, which did not fail to impress. The food selection was good and tasty. Now, I’m not a huge veggie eater, but the corn was so good that we had to ask our server to inquire what was used to season it. Yes, we found out and no we won’t tell you. You’ll have to go, try them for yourself, and inquire on your own. 🙂 It’s worth the effort!

Just a couple minutes from I-20 and Highway 78, you’ll find the quaint downtown of Oxford and this absolute gem…Hubbard’s Off Main. My visit was for breakfast and they delivered a meal that would put any corporate food joint along the highway to shame. The staff was friendly and attentive. A conversation with the locals convinced me that the next time I’m passing through I need to stop for supper. I’m very pleased to have found this stellar representation of Oxford’s welcoming spirit. Eat local!

Housed in an old piano store with piano accents throughout, paying homage to the history of the space. Service and food were awesome. Drinks well poured. Good beer selection. Banana pudding was awesome. Mac and cheese was homemade and delicious.

We just had a meal here last night and from the moment we walked in the door until we left, we received the best and friendliest service, some VERY delicious food, and had just an excellent dining experience.

We are fairly frequent visitors to the area, and had been looking forward to coming here. We haven’t found many nice places to eat in Oxford/Anniston. It’s a nice old space. Seated immediately, and the service was friendly and fast. My son and I both ordered the ribeye steak, and it was cooked rare, like we ordered. The problem was there was so much fat on it. I’m don’t mean marbling. The whole tail was a blob of fat. I know $28 isn’t a lot of money for a steak, but if I went to the butcher and they tried to sell me those steaks, I would never accept them. I’m blaming this on the kitchen. Fried pickles were good…
