I had a pre-order that was prepaid went inside to get it was totally ignored by at least six employees not one of them acknowledged me being there. I said out loud I bet if I stole all your tips you notice I was here as the tip jar sat in front of me, not that I would have taken it. Still no response. I said maybe I should take all these cookies that are in front of me then you would notice I was here let’s still no one noticed or acknowledged my presence. Three of them looked at me none of them acknowledged. Another customer had come in and they did not acknowledge him either.

Orderd pick up. Asked for pizza with extra sauce. Got pizza with extra cheese and almost no sauce. We’ve been very disappointed with Hubbard Pizza Works lately. Tomato delight has very sparse, thin tomatoes. It used to have a lot more tomatoes. I’m not sure who the manager is, but the young people need more supervision. Phone ordering is always a problem.

I grew up going to Pizza Works regularly. I no longer live in the area and was really wanting a bread bowl salad after a decade of not having one. I was sorely disappointed. For almost $12, the size of the actual salad is about what one would get as a $3 side salad at a restaurant. There was maybe a cup of iceberg (or romaine? Not sure) lettuce in it. It was pathetic. Someone else posted a photo on here and seems to agree. The bread bowl is far too thick and the salad is like three bites worth. It’s a total waste and, if you don’t eat the entire bread bowl, it’ll leave you hungry!

Family was in for dinner, my sister ordered for everyone. A couple dine in meals and an Italian sub with no onion to go. The girl taking the orders, Brooke, payed very little attention to what was said and we did not receive utensils or sour cream at first for one order and the Italian sub was loaded with onion. She seemed much more interested in a discussion with who seemed to be a friend of hers. Service left a little to be desired but the food itself was good.

Edit 7/3/2020 – ordered a hot fold and buffalo sticks. I understand it’s a busy weekend, but I shouldn’t have to be asked to pull forward and wait almost 20 minutes for buffalo sticks. Service is actively getting worse. And when I get home, the buffalo sticks that I waited for aren’t even presented well.(See picture)

I have ate pizza works pizza all my life and the pizza I had tonight was the worst pizza I’ve ever had anywhere! I ordered extra cheese and thank god I did or it wouldn’t have had any cheese on it and the dough was tough like eating cardboard. I’m sorry for giving this review but it was absolutely terrible and I’m sad to say it’s probably the last time I will ever order from them again. Makes me angry because it used to be the town favorite!!!!

I ordered a cold pizza fold. something that is on the menu and is an item I have eaten and enjoyed a dozen times before and was told that they don’t do cold pizza folds, and they will see how it goes, only to go home and it was hot. How can you have something on the menu, serve it one day and then the following week it’s not possible. Sounds like laziness to me. I enjoy the food but not the customer service.
