Followed the GPS for “Mexican cuisine.” Store front was not what we expected. We decided to follow the 5 star review, and went inside. Small place. It was very good. We had a soup as an appetizer- it was tasty with vegetables, eggs, noodles, and chicken. Also had fajita street tacos and two gorditas. It was authentic. We would come back….. FYI – no liquor or beer.

I have been going to this place for a few weeks now. They claimed to have lamb barbacoa, so I went, not realizing they actually bring you back your memories.

We are from Houston and we stopped in after a soccer tournament. We got the taco special 3 tacos, rice and beans $5.99, fajita was soo flavorful and tender, portion size was great for price. A breakfast taco with bacon and egg on a homemade tortilla, my picky 6 year old finished the whole thing! The chorizo breakfast burrito was stuffed and very flavorful. The barbacoa tacos, also very tender and not greasy at all (another picky kid with no complaints). They also give complimentary sopita as an appetizer, I’m assuming instead of chips and salsa. They place is small so you might not get a seat if you don’t get there at the right time. Also, the cafe de olla was delicious! It’s only $32 for 4 people and 2 drinks! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Don’t let the exterior of the place sway your decision. It’s delicious! And they sell birria by the lb which you can order as your meal. A lot of tables ordered it and it looked so good. Kinda wish I would’ve known and ordered it.

If you’re around the Dallas area. I have to say this restaurant is by far the most authentic Mexican Food you will have. The “Consomé” is always good and street tacos are delicious! Highly recommend it, the breakfast is also very good. Try the chilaquiles verdes! Fast service and staff is very friendly.

Fantastic food made with fresh meat that will keep you coming back for more! You’ll go so often that you’ll even pick up a few Spanish words and try to impress your friends with the eloquence and fluidity in which they roll off your tongue.

Really they deserve 5 stars for the food. I am giving 4 stars for the extremely slow service. Seriously if you are in a hurry or an impatient person I would recommend eating somewhere else.

Ate the food so fast I forgot to take a pic. Got the fajita tacos and they were the bomb! Fajita was flavorful and not bland like most street taco places.

Tried this place out because of good reviews and it was exactly that. Very good authentic Mexican food. The appetizer soup was made of macaroni noodles, fresh veggies, and a flavorful chicken broth. Had an egg and potato taco on a freshly made corn tortilla, delicious. Also had Fajita Torta… the bread was fresh and the fajitas tasted so good. A nice cold bottle of coke washed it all down. Will be back for more.
