Same good food at the new location on Forsyth. Free parking in the rear of the building. Food is just as good as when they were on Bemiston. Nothing has changed but the location. Now 7515 Forsyth. Ambience also great for a date night. Largest selection of Asian food recipes to be found in the Metro area.

I made a pick up order via Grubhub this evening at around 5:45, the order tracking said the food will be ready between 6:10 and 6:20, and I arrived at the restaurant at 6:12. There were already around 10 people before me waiting for pick up orders. After that was endless waiting. People who arrived for pick up orders kept coming in and filled the lobby. What made it worse was that there were only two seats for people waiting in the lobby. I got my orders in the end at 7:02. The food was warm and the taste was not bad, but definitely not worth the wait and price. I will never order at this place again. I also hope that all food delivery platforms can reconsider if this restaurant is capable of taking online orders.

Would not revisit. Ordered shrimp fried rice and Thai style chicken wings. Service was typical Chinese restaurant experience…subpar. I ordered over the phone for carry out. The shrimp fried rice is OK. A little salty. Not the worst rice I’ve had but definitely close. Nothing special. In fact the rice is a little bit strange to me the rice grain is very short and feels gritty. Would definitely recommend that you absolutely do not order the Thai style chicken wings (6). The wings are flavorless. The sauce is watery at best. And the chicken wings are not crispy at all. They taste almost as if they were boiled in diluted hot sauce. I took one bite and did not finish the wings.

The crab Rangoon was terrible the worst I’ve ever had there was way too much garlic and i like garlic and taste nothing like traditional carb rangoon. The portion was small for the cost andi didn’t get my drink either. I wouldn’t go back.

Initially, I planned to dine in at House of Wong for Christmas (2022) as I have done in the past. Thankfully, something told me to call and check on things beforehand. I am glad that i did. The restaurant planned to close for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. However, the food has been so delicious during my past visits that I still wanted it for Christmas. Therefore, I ordered the food on December 23, 2022, so that i could have it for Christmas dinner with my husband at home the day of Christmas.

Unless you’re walking it’s a terrible location if you park on the side street it’s a hill that you Harlequin keep your balance on and we need and walk in the door. There’s about nine steep steps. The food was good and I can recommend that but be careful getting there.

The new location is lovely! This is one of the few Chinese restaurants in St. Louis that serves cold sesame noodles, which I love. The lunch specials are great, with options to add on extras like crab Rangoon. The vegetables are fresh. I love the hot and sour soup too. I work in the same building so will be taking full advantage!
