Very, very rarely do I write a review for a restaurant. However, this place is truly a gem! Last night, I had the the Pad Cha Chicken prepared extra spicy/hot. It was fantastic. Also, their soup was wonderful. The portions are generous! Service is quick and the employees were so friendly at this clean establishment. I am certain to return for more : )

We were really disappointed after seeing all the good reviews. The service was a little rude. The complimentary wonton strips tasted extremely stale. The food was not great at all. The crab rangoons were the best thing we had but nothing special. The soup was dreadful and bland. The scallion chicken was mostly breading not chicken. The eggplant was soggy and too spicy. The sweet and sour chicken was ok but again very bland. Will not be returning.

Obnoxious wait staff hounded us to order. We had not been there in a while and they had newer Thai menu. Ordered General’s and Black Pepper Chicken dishes as combo with fried rice and spring roll. Spring roll under cooked, fried rice and chicken dishes were very bland. Both items had ‘pepper icons’ next to dish in menu but had no flavor much less and actual spice. Didn’t even have and black pepper flavor to the black pepper chicken.

This is the worst Chinese restaurant imaginable. My husband and I shared the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer. The prebreaded frozen shrimp were overcooked, bland and chewy. The sauce was definitely not made fresh daily. It might have been a bottled item. My husband order New T Chicken. Again, the prebreaded frozen cheap chicken pieces were so overcooked that he could barely cut them into mouth size pieces. Even the thinly sliced carrots had a strange texture and aftertaste. None of our food, including the white rice, was hot. Don’t waste the calories or your money here. Awful, awful food. The customer service was not friendly or appreciative.

Holy mother of soybean ! We have been going to HOT for 18 years and loved their food, but yesterday’s take out was horrible ! New cooks ? Chicken fried rice was dry and tasteless. As if it had been refrigerated a few days. Food was so salty i could not eat it. Absolutely horrible ! We will never ever order from here again.

I meet several friends at HoT every few months, last time March 23, 2023. The last three times the usually wonderful scallion chicken was overly done. It wasn’t crispy, it was dry and hard to chew. I’m sorry not to go back again but three times disappointed is enough!

Killed the appetizers and entree. Great food and quickly served. The staff stayed on top of making sure we were good the entire time. Highly suggest this place if you want good tender delicious food and service.

Unfortunately it’s not quite as good as they used to be but I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and can’t help but love it. I hope the quality of food picks back up at some point. The service is extremely quick.
