So let me start off by saying I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The service was amazing, from the host, chef, and my server. I was quickly seated and did not have to wait until the table filled up to order ( unlike the other location). The chef was funny and the food was a 7/10. I say that because the chef did not season or use olive oil before putting the food on the grill. The food began cooking quickly and almost burning. However, I will return because of the amazing service. Overall beautiful establishment. I used to patron the other location at least two times a week now I will definitely come to this location more

Food was delicious and service was great. We started with the spider roll from the sushi menu and egg rolls, both of which were absolutely amazing. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and my husband ordered the orange shrimp; both entrees come with steamed broccoli and white rice. I asked about substituting fried rice in place of the white rice, but that unfortunately was not an option, so we bought a side of fried rice. The fried rice was underwhelming, so I regret that purchase, but everything else was good. My two year old had the kids macaroni and cheese, which was surprisingly really creamy and tasty. The only downside aside from the fried rice is that they charge 20% gratuity/service charge for each check. No problem for us since our service was good, but imagine receiving terrible service and still having to pay the required 20% charge.

I was here last night had a great dinner with my family and I couldn’t ask for more for the good service they provided our family, the servers were very recognizable and attentive, the sushi was amazing, the hibachi food was satisfying and we had the best margaritas ever in town, the attention from the manager after our meal was warm and tasty. nothing wrong with having dinner here in a fancy setting and good vibes

My husband and kids came here for dinner on Tuesday. The Hibachi was absolutely impeccable (the best I’ve had thus far). The server and cook were splendidly attentive…

Went here for Mother’s Day, Let me start by saying the waiter was sick! He could barely take our orders because he was coughing and had on a mask . If you’re sick STAY home . Secondly. They had a brunch from12-3:00pm . We got there at 3:15 .brunch food was still out and area wasn’t clean. When our food came out it was so cold as if they had gave us the left over food from the brunch .We had them cook our food again and it was fresh and hot but it was tasteless and nasty. We took 2 bites and couldn’t take anymore. Once trying to negotiate the pricing of the bill due to not being satisfied at all, the manager handed my husband his money back then grabbed him. My husband then pushed the manager off of him and the manager called the police. I do not recommend. Go to timely park .

Our experience was amazing! Our chef, Ali, was extremely entertaining, friendly and supplied us with a great time AND great food! Our large family is always looking for a good hibachi place and we definitely love House of Hamada.

I came here for my 21st birthday last Tuesday and was very DISAPPOINTED. Things started out well and the manager was really nice and welcoming AT FIRST. I had a table of about 13/14 people for regular dining and they gave us only one server. Which half the table had the dinner order put in before the other side of the table even was able to order a drink. Most of us ended up ordering hibachi but they brought out the actual food before we got the soup or salad. You can tell the food was rushed and my steak wasn’t even cooked all the way and I really lost my appetite. They didn’t give or offer the ice cream or sherbert (that you are supposed to get if you order hibachi) and no one said or mentioned happy birthday at all. We all felt rushed and honestly racially profiled by the staff once we got our food. They stopped being friendly and all they did was rush and side eye-us especially the lady in the front host stand with the bun and glasses. They definitely just wanted our money and didn’t care on how they treated us considering they get an automatic tip with the gratuity they put on our check. I don’t recommend this spot at all and if you want good hibachi and service go to Hamada in Tinley Park.

My Husband and I really enjoyed ourselves on Valentine’s Day evening. Our reservations was set and sent a friendly text/reminder to confirm. The cook was entertaining and the food was good. Only thing I would have considered to be an option was to have no mushrooms in my vegetables but it’s already premixed. So understandable… but didn’t want broccoli. A great time … we will be back.
