Delicious pizza – the cheese pizza is a winner because nothing is overpowering anything else – perfect blend of cheese, sauce, and crust. The dough is nice and chewy. The garlic knots could use a little more garlic – but they were still yummy. But the main 5 star award about this restaurant are the employees. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a restaurant where every employee was as kind as at House of Fire! So impressed with them. Great food choice in Fairbanks!

The new location on Badger road is excellent. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and a happy hello! As the wonderful aroma washes over you, you can’t help but to take in the beauty of the dining area. It being our first time there, we were offered help and any answers to questions we might have. Our kids loved very much, watching their pizza and garlic knots being made right in front of them, From tossing the dough into the air to placing it into the rotating fire oven (super cool). At the time we ordered we were unable to sit and eat, but we will definitely be back to indulge in all that house of fire badger road has to offer. Absolutely recommend. Delicious food and fairly priced.

I had an amazing breakfast with my wife. We both had two Grand Pancakes and raspberry sweet tea. It reminds me of home back in Texas. Would highly recommend for breakfast. I haven’t tried their pizza yet, but I would definitely come back.

I had the “White Pie,” and it set a high bar for this place in my mind. Thin crusted without being overcooked, but still crispy. Nice blend of cheese and toppings to make a well balanced flavor combination.

As a Chicagoan- I struggled to find good pizza after moving to Alaska (Fairbanks/NP area). Nothing compared to the places I grew up with. I tried this place for the first time as it was recommended to me by someone from here who had visited Chicago and was giving me advice on what pizza to try. This was the only place he said would come close to reminding me of back home. He was not wrong.

Awesome pizza. Really good crust. The Greek salad had super fresh ingredients and was beautifully made. Staff was awesome. Definitely a place to return to.

The manager was trying his best but the person at the cash register and the person doing the to-go boxes were letting peoples orders just sit there without periodically calling out names. There were a lot of customers just sitting around waiting for their food. She (register person) knew my name because I had already paid and was waiting there and no one ever brought me my order. Finally I stood up and started looking at all the to-go boxes in the warmer and the manager ran over and started calling out names. By then our pizza was cold and very greasy, and there was no feta cheese on my greek salad.

The staff was nice and the restaurant was so clean. The pizza wasn’t my favorite because the crust wasn’t crisp like I thought a thin, crusted pizza should be (more soggy), but overall, a good experience.
