Its the cleanest dive bar you will ever find and the bartender last Sunday morning was an absolute flippin deeelight. He always has good energy. I recommend the irish coffee for brunch, it was spectacular. The chicken and waffles here is to die for and the Jojo’s (big thick seasoned potato fries) are incredible. I dont know how they get so much flavor into that big ol piece of potato but ooooo weee! They are good. I genuinely enjoyed every moment i have ever spent at this establishment.

This review is mainly for Chicken Little (takeout counter attached to Hour Glass Pub and Eatery on NE Glisan) Great take out fried chicken… Seriously…OMG. tender, juicy and dare I say mouth watering? Also the fried cheese curds are a guilty but wonderful distraction… But seriously the chicken, OMG the chicken!

My Double Deuce brothers love this place. I like the neighborhood. They treat most people well as far as I can see. The sign says “The best chicken and waffles West of the Mississippi” another says, “Free beer all day tomorrow. ” Pool, darts, vídeo games, video poker, outside picnic tables, homestyle food complete with sides.
