Did not realize that they are now a food truck and no longer across the street from the post office. It was a nice day, so I decided to take advantage of the tables in the park, but was sadly swarmed by bees almost immediately and had to leave. Hot dogs were great, but was hoping for fries, not chips.

My wife and I started to go here and we fell in love with this hotdog place now we take our kids and they love the hotdogs too definitely a 5+ star My wife loves the downtown and the Chicago style she also tried the Cubano and the Monica’s one and she loves it… Definitely you have to try

Today was my first visit. Everyone is greeted when they come in the door and thanked when they leave. Owner/cook is very engaging and has an excellent sense of humor. But those things aren’t the best part. I just ate the best damn hot dog this side of the equator!!! It was wrapped in bacon, with BBQ pulled pork, coleslaw, onions and pickles. It’s called the PORK E PIG. Deliciousness!!!

Been here before, will be here again. Great service and tasty food! Located right downtown Elkhart near the train station. If you’re coming in to town or waiting for family or friends, it’s a great place to grab a bite. Wide variety beyond hot dogs. Includes breakfast menu.
