When I walked in I wasn’t sure about it. As I ordered I noticed that the pizza was being hand tossed which really impressed me! The employees were very kind and friendly which was really welcoming. The pizza arrived quickly and was pretty good. The breadsticks were AMAZING! Very salty and homemade tasting. The pizza was a little too greasy but it doesn’t affect the taste. But the best part of all…..the tootsie rolls! Is that really the only candy you can afford to buy? I understand that some candy is just so expensive but a lot of people don’t like tootsie rolls. Luckily I do so it wasn’t a big deal I just feel that they could do better than that. I was very hungry and it soothed my stomach! I rate it a 4/5 because it was almost perfect.

This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed superior customer service by the folks at our local Hotbox Pizza in Whitestown. This time we had ordered from them and had it delivered. It said the estimated delivery time was around 30 min and it ended up taking about an hour. We knew they were busy and never complained; just went about eating our pizza and never thought twice about it. Well, about a week later, this shows up. Totally unexpected, definitely not necessary and completely appreciated! Great example of a local business owner who cares about their brand and customers! Well done HB Crew!

The employees at this HotBox go above and beyond to take care of their customers, no matter what! Their pizza is delicious with so many unique, tasty options. As a person who eats here frequently, I highly recommend it!

OMG ! This is one of top 5 pizza’s i have ever tasted ! I love pizza and as such have eaten a lot, all over the country (truck driver). Really quite impressed. Plus they delivered to us at a sorta odd place/situation… long haul truck driver stuck at warehouse in area. Thanks y’all so very much, my wife and i will be talkin bout your pizza for a long time !

I wasn’t very happy when I ordered my pizza because it took twice as long as they estimated but today I received this card in the mail. This right here is great customer service. I’ve never received a hand written apology from a restaurant before. You won’t lose my business Hot Box!

Excellent pizza! Delivered to the Hampton Inn within 20 minutes. Hot and very good! We had thin crust and it was fantastic! Highly recommend.

I only say two stars because of what I am used to. I am visiting from Illinois and this pizza tastes like frozen pizza from our places. Everything is perfect and tastes okay, but it is not even close to places around me. Also the tootsie rolls in the box are weird. Why would I want chocolate after a big meal/spicy meal. Anyways they might please people in Indiana but for our Chicago/Illinois folks this is not what you want unless you are close.
