Walked in and it was pretty quiet. Normally go to the other Fishers location. It was one guy, Jay, running the show but he was very helpful and was honest about what I should order because they were out of some items. Pizzas were made very well and I was very happy with the service. I’ll have to start hitting up this location more. Thanks Jay!

Quick afternoon fix for hot pizza. Empty location, only one worker who seemed uninterested in being there. Got 2 lunch specials, never asked if we wanted a drink or sides. Just rang up the sale, said it’ll be 10 mins. Then walked away. Took about 20 minutes, Food was fine, nothing memorable and no one came in while we waited. Had better experiences at the 116th location.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks, $40, for delivery. Was told pizza would be delivered in about 30 minutes. After over an hour, I called HBP to see what was going on. Employee told me they had trouble finding a driver because their system was messed up. But she said that the pizza had just left the store and we should be receiving it shortly. Pizza showed up about 10 mins later. Pizza and sticks as well as the sauces for the sticks, were cold and unenjoyable. They could have very easily remade the order when they knew it had been sitting for almost an hour before they were able find a delivery person for it. After a $6 tip, we spent $45 on a pizza and sticks that we didn’t even eat. Will never order from this location again. Could have at the very least called and told us what was going on.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks with cheese sauce to be delivered to our hotel. Received 2 pizzas that looked like someone sat on them, and one order of breadsticks and no cheese sauce. Called the store and spoke to a girl who seemed annoyed that I called to report no receiving what I paid for. I asked to just be refunded for the items not received (she said that would be no problem). Checked my bank account 2 days later, nothing has been refunded. We spent $70 on inedible pizza and bread that we didn’t even received. Worst service I’ve had in a long time. Horrible!

Worst pizza I’ve ever had… the dough wasn’t even cooked it’s just mostly melted cheese. I waited 10 minutes and got something i can’t even eat. Now my lunch hour is over and i wasted money. Would you eat this? the dough is soggy. Is it safe to eat raw dough?

When pizza was delivered they didn’t bother knocking or ringing the door bell. Literally looks like they threw the pizza on the porch and ran. All the toppings were to one side. When I tried to call the store my call was picked up and then I was hung up on before I could even say hello. Extremely disappointed that I wasted my money.

I thought it would be quick and easy to get a lunch box – a slice and a salad today. I went to the 96th street location and was the only customer there. I waiting for a long time to be acknowledged at the counter to a point where I put my debit card back in my wallet and almost walked out but, Someone came and took my order. My food seemed to take forever considering I was the only customer there. I took my food to go. When I sat down to eat I was pleasantly surprised to have extra cheese on my salad but began to realize it was just to cover up 27 banana peppers, old lettuce and a water filled bottom of the container. Pretty disappointed today. I probably won’t be back to this location though it’s closer to my office the drive to the other fishers location is well worth it.

Updated review… breadstix seem more back to normal. Still a little thin but they did include an extra as they were on the smallish side. Pizza was pretty good. Always nice people in this location.

The owner of Hotbox Pizza contacted me and was so wonderful. She apologized and made everything right. Not many businesses would stand up and say they were at fault and and apologize like she did. Because of how wonderful she was I am changing my review. I also wouldn’t mind giving her restaurant another shot if we make it back to the area again.
