Hot Wok Chinese Restarunt in 103rd has been around for 20 years+ and i gotta say it is really good Chinese food! Back in the day around 2004 – 2020 i used to love coming here all the time with my Grandparents, and my Parents!! My grandpa Found this Place As well, and he enjoyed the food here!!! We used to order all the time Chicken Wings with Pork Fried Rice and Chicken Brocolloi majority of the time! The Quality of Food was amazing back then in the 2000s!! Staff was amazing and Great Food! However i notice over the year there was a sharp decline in the food.. I am unsure if management changed over the years or so, But there was a point we stopped going to 103rd Hot wok because we wasn’t living around the area to get it. However i still manage to visit the restarunt time to time. During the Pandamic Since Most Chinese Restarunts Closed, This one kept its door open still to serve happy Customers!!! One day i came to order Boneless Spare Rib tips and it was Delicious!!! the Serving White Rice was alot!!! and Tons of Rib tips and i manage to finish it within the few days!!! I Recently Went back again to see how the business is doing, on July 2nd 2023. When i came to the Resturant it didn’t look like the same as before… They have Blocked portion of the place. They used to be able to dine inside but they blocked that since 2020, The Atomosphare of it felt very off, I order White Rice ans Chicken Wings. After i order there was a customer who was really really unhappy with the food, and said the Competitor Hot Wok in Normandy is Way better!!!, I recieved my food and went home. I opened my food and i wasn’t satisfied with my order… The Chicken Wings I recieved were not the Great Shape i expected them to be… There was Grade B wings, The Wings were Unshaped for some reason, Cheap Wings imo, the Portion of White Rice was Piss Poor… The only gave me a Tiny Cup worth of White Rice in my Bowl… Majority of Chinese Restarunts i go to Fill my White Rice Up to the brim! The Quality of the Food was Not that Great… 5/10… There Other 103rd Chinese Restarunts… i Recommand you guys Trying Panda Chinese Food 103rd/ Obento Chinese Food 103rd.

Will not eat here again. I have never had bland Chinese food before. I had the BBQ ribs with pork fried rice and egg roll. The rice tasted like nothing. No salt. No seasoning. Egg roll was all cabbage no meat. Ribs were no better. Will not be back.

Stale overcooked mushy old chicken and lomein. Zucchini as my Chinese vegetables, hard broccoli. And for the nasty combination platter, they left out the egg roll. 30.00 to feed my dogs.

First and last time. The food we received was sub par, we ordered honey chicken wings which I do not recommend or the sweet and sour chicken, meat looked strange. The fried chicken wings was fine and rice was okay! Ordered food directly from restaurant for delivery. There were missing items. We called to see if they could have it delivered to us, however all they could offer was a store credit. Also check your receipt, they stated the price was $10 more than our actual order so the driver received the extra $10 on top of the tip and couldn’t bother bringing our missing items. Didn’t realize this until we checked our receipt after the fact!

I’m definitely disappointed because now I don’t want to eat the food I ordered because my order didn’t come out the way I ordered it.. I do not recommend ordering the shrimp fried rice as it is missing key ingredients and it tastes like it was saturated in oil

I ordered Shrimp egg foo yung with shrimp fried rice, asked for extra bean sprouts, cream cheese rolls and a pepsi………..my rice had no bean sprouts and the driver forgot my drink. I called to inform them and they were very sarcastic about my order and where I lived when the delivery fee is $3.99 and the minimum to get an order delivered is $15……wow I asked for acrefund the gentleman told me Illegally get it tomorrow. I want ordee or eat their again!!!!

I’ve been coming here for over 20 yrs now. The food is above average. I have seen this family franchise send their kids through college from their restuarant without any give back to the community.

Fresh crispy & very tasty fried chicken. The chicken and brocolli was great! The sauce on the meat & vegetables compliment the rice beautifully. The french fries are crunkle cut and are cooked to perfection. Never over cooked and too brown or hard and crunchy. The fries are always soft with a toasted crunch upon the first bite.

Not one but two hairs in two separate meals. first and last time I will go to this place the customer service was great they were fast they were nice but this was disgusting finding two separate hairs!! no they were not mine or my daughters hair we are all Red and blonde

I have been ordering from here for over a year. I’ve been totally satisfied until tonight. I called for delivery and the lady who was obviously not Chinese had the worst attitude. She hung up on me the first time and when I called back I got nothing but attitude. I ordered over $50.00 in food, she ran my credit card and then said it would be a 2 hour delivery time!!! Why in the world would you not let me know that when I said delivery? She proceeded to be very rude and say she has other customers to take care of….. really??? I will never order from here again nor do I recommend anyone deal with rude people who are supposed to be there to help you.. .. it’s called Customer Service in case anyone forgot. I’m spending my money with you!!!!
