Staff told me my wait for a salad was gonna be a few minutes. No one else was there ordering. You guessed it. The two guys working the counter were socializing rather than paying attention to the customer’s needs. My job only gives me one 30 minute meal break so I watched my salad sit there for a another 5 minutes while they were too busy conversing.
