I recently ate at Hot Table on a Friday. This was my first time at one. It was around 12:30. I was able to walk in and have my order (a salad) made right away. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Everything looked delicious. My salad was great. I couldn’t finish the whole thing. I ate in the restaurant. They were busy. Many people came and went. Most people took their food to go. Which was great. After I finished eating I crocheted for a little bit. I didn’t want to take up prime table space if they needed it. I never felt like I had to hurry up and leave as there were always plenty of tables.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant today. I came in excited to try their Cuban sandwich, but my enthusiasm quickly turned into disgust. The moment I walked in, I was hit by a nauseating smell that made me want to leave immediately. Despite the stench, I decided to order my sandwich. While ordering, I asked the girl at the register what the source of the foul smell was. She informed me that the odor was due to a sewage leak. I couldn’t believe it. How could the owners of this restaurant prioritize their profits over the health and safety of their customers? Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here again.

Great panini made on the spot with the best ingredients. Always a choice of good soups. Happy staff who treat customers like guests.

If you’ve never eaten here before it’s essentially a fast-food panara, or more like a panini version of subway. I personally feel it’s far overpriced for the value considering it was $25 for two single sandwiches and a fountain drink.

I love going to this franchise. I love having a gluten-free option. I’ve never had a sandwich I didn’t like. This was my first time at this particular restaurant. Plenty of seating available, and once we ordered the sandwiches were ready rather quickly. I would go back to this one again.

This is another one of our local restaurants that started in Springfield I know the owners wanted to expand locations like Marlboro why not have real in house baking instead of cutting corners dressings from scratch artisan sourdough bread instead of buying them more potential than what goes on. Many restaurants owners choose money saving options and the time it takes to get stuff done. Boston area still holds its spot at number .

Very good food, you can order what they offer in their menu but you also have the option to build your own sandwich “paninni” the food is delicious and the restaurant very clean and organized. Parking is available for free. It’s right next to the Hampshire mall and other businesses. No waiting. You also could skip the line by placing your order online
