So we were downtown and decided to get some dinner and didn’t want to try the usual suspects so we decided to try something different. Hot springs was it and we really enjoyed the experience. The young lady got us a menu and explained everything to us. What she didn’t tell us how big the bowls of Pho were. Such a simple dish but with so much flavor and the add ins were awesome you could give it a punch. With the jalapeños and the sauces you could totally change the taste.

This place is AMAZING! The new owners have made this place even better than before (i didn’t think it was possible). The new owners were telling us the Pho is made overnight and it’s all homemade and authentic! The Pho is fantastic and so delicious – the best in the state!!! If you like boba, they expanded their boba menu! The new owner was telling me she makes the Milk Tea herself and not using powder, and you can really taste it. Seriously I haven’t had boba this good in a long time. Overall, this place has only gotten better, and I would say it’s one of the best restaurant in Idaho Falls!!!

This is a charming lunch and dinner spot in Idaho Falls. With a quaint and intimate dining room, you may have to wait during busy times of the day, but it is well worth it! I would consider it the most authentic of the Vietnamese restaurants in town.

I have been coming here for a very long time. NEW OWNERS BUT SAME DELICIOUS FOOD AND MORE STUFF ON THE MENU!!! I highly recommend Hot Spring Pho. The new owners are awesome and friendly. They’ve added more boba tea and they are delicious my favorite is the pho #7 and I got the passion fruit boba green tea.

I got the large Pho Meat Combo and it was a large amount of food. I also got the spring rolls. The food is very good. It’s a nice downtown restaurant. This is easily the best place in town for pho. Pho is a Vietnamese soup with rice noodles and very flavorful broth. Meat is placed in the bowl before they give it to you and it cooks before your eyes. Be sure to put in some sprouts, jalapeños, and mint. Squirt in some siracha and hoisin sauce and give it all a stir. Give it a try if you never have tried pho before. I recommend Hot Spring PHO.

I just went here this past Saturday with some friends and let me say, I was thoroughly impressed. I haven’t been able to find a good place to get some pho since being in California where I am from. Hot Spring Pho is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a delicious bowl of pho.

Authentic, incredibly delicious, the pho was rich and exactly what I was hoping for. All the dishes were expertly executed! Highly recommend. We ordered way too much food but enjoyed it at home for a couple extra meals. I was anxious to find a good pho and this fits the bill perfectly! It was fun to try several dishes and we were not disappointed!

Authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Great service. Menu offers a lot of variety. We tried Chicken fried rice, shrimp fried rice and bun bo hue. Both fried rice were good, shrimp was juicy and well cooked. And Chicken had sweet touch of honey. Appetizer, the egg roll was delicious, perfect crisp on the outer layer with moist filling!

Passed by here after a week long trip in YS and Cooke City, this place is passable on their Bun Bo Hue (no pork feet) and their Pho Ga (they dont generally do the steak on the side)… being brought up my entire life in the SF bay area.
