It was another road trip for us 3 women! We were on our way to get ice cream lol. We decided to grab a quick bite before indulging on ice cream in Widnoon, Pa. This place doesn’t look like much on the outside but those kind of places usually have really good food in my opinion. I felt they had a good variety on the menu but we were there for a light carb loaded snack! I liked the place. Our food was good. Employees and patrons were very nice and helpful!

Excellent service & excellent food in the dining room. Atmosphere wasn’t as enjoyable due to a crying child that parents wouldn’t sooth…not what you want to listen to after a long, hard days work.

Food was amazing!! For food i would give 5 stars but my experience . So edit….i spoke to either owner or manager about my original review so very happy that the issue i had will get looked at or resolved. Makes me extremely happy they took the time to contact me almost immediately after i put it up. I’m impressed with their food. I will say i was scared away for yrs because used to have bad rap. I would say they have made changes and at least come try the food. I cant say for myself this is a bar i would go hang in but that’s me. But u never know cheap drinks r enticing lol. Anyway just wanted to update my orginal review.

The Hot Spot is easily one of the coolest bar/restaurants around! They have a full barroom with pool tables, jukebox, etc. They have live music every so often as well. They also have an enclosed patio for outside dining and a walk up window to order from, in addition to a separate dining room apart from the bar.
