It’s so bad, we brought 2 packs of gyro each $11 and they gave us chunky mushrooms with no meat in sight. Bro if you gonna call it a gyro at least keep its honor. You had rather buy a bag of basmati from Buffalo fresh and make biryani at home. Your money would be worth it more.Allah tala forgive us. Sorted mushroom with little bit kema cost total $37 it’s called hot spot gyro .. please save your hardworking money . Don’t go there . Allah talah os the witness .

The pizza was just okay. I ordered the medium cheese ($8) Made me think of something I would just make in a toaster oven at home or a cheaper store bought pizza. I also ordered bbq wings ($7) and they were also just okay. The sauce clearly had just been pour on them sporadically as the wings were fully covered in sauce.

The food was good but it was terrible customer service. Throughout my conversation with cashier I mentioned I called for my order. Then the cook came and started asking for a name for the order (which they never asked for on the call) I told him I called and I wasn’t asked for a name. He started raising his voice. He started asking for ID and then aggressively saying “I don’t know you who are you” etc. In the end I had to bring in my mom to talk to the cook since he refused to listen to me in a civil manner. He insisted I said I ordered online (which I never did) and that I was yelling (I was not). Very disappointed in my Muslim Uncles who are supposed to be kind and uplift the youth, not disrespect and accuse them.

I ordered my food in the Restaurant at 7 Pm. After 30 minutes, when I went to the counter to pick it up, the kid behind the counter looked around and said your order was misplaced, and I needed to reorder. This time, I added five extra naans (bread) to my order.,After waiting for another 30 minutes, someone appeared from the kitchen and asked why did I ordered twice (I assumed they had found the first order handwritten slip ). I was like, give me my food and let me get out of here. A counter person asked me if I ordered plain rice. I said no, I ordered chicken over rice (gyro rice). Then he looked at other customers’ orders and grabbed a platter with two large chicken legs. I was like… this is not mine; I never order two chicken legs, but this time, he started looking at me like I am the one who was crazy here.
