Amazing service that was only outshined by the food because the food was incredible. We had the Clearwater Roll and Fantastic roll as well as Shrimp Udon and all three were perfect. The fish in the Clearwater Roll was melt in your mouth good.

Hot Sake Sushi & Asian is a small hole in the wall restaurant. Very clean and has good service, professional and friendly staff. Food is fresh and good quality. Is a bit pricey compared to other near by Hibachi restaurants. This place is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach Pier 60. Very convenient access to the beach and other near by vendors. Sucks you have to pay for parking and if you don’t you will get a parking fine $$$.

Wow!!! I’ve lived all over the country and have had some amazing sushi at many places, let me tell you this is my favorite sushi place in the US and it’s right here on Clearwater Beach Island in Florida!!! I am always in awe of the amazing dishes I am served and every time we come here I am pleasantly reminded in the quality of fish, friendliness and knowledge of the staff, comfortable atmosphere, and overall my favorite Sushi Restaurant!! I am gluten free (Celiac’s) and they cater to my dietary needs easily. Love this place!

I’ve traveled all over the globe and no doubt this place is among the best sushi. I stuck with usual suspects: sake belly, oh-toro, saba, yellowtail, sweet shrimp, and a few specials. Pickled wasabi adds something special. Truly a top notch spot with kind servers and sushi chef. Takes 20 minutes to get the order but definitely worth the wait. My favorite place in NYC closed (Uegoshi) and this is probably the one I’ll be dreaming of when my vacation ends.
