Great experience, I will definitely be returning. The food was very delicious and came to the table within 5 minutes. My only complaint was the waiter could have better explain how everything worked. This was my first time at the restaurant. Overall very good experience.

Honestly the overall experience was great. We have had hot pot before but never Korean BBQ and this place had both. You can pick either one or pay an up charge for both. Most of the table had hot pot but I decided on both. Kind of hard to manage especially since there is only one grill for the BBQ on the table and we were a party of 6 so we ran out of room on the table. Food quality was great even though one of our dinner guests didn’t like the broth she picked. They do allow you to pick another broth which is a plus. Our server was awesome and food came out pretty fast. They have a small salad bar with fruits, different salads and all your sauces. The only cons were the wait time, we were quoted an hour and they texted us our table was ready but the hostess kept seating smaller parties before she decided to seat us. The only other complaint was the soup spoon, it was more of a ladle than a spoon. It was worth the drive and wait and a great experience.

I was in town for business and was craving for hot pot. The restaurant is located close to the airport and the drive was approximately 25 minutes mid afternoon. Overall, a positive experience; great selections, service was prompt and my server was attentive.

My friend and I dined here on a Monday evening, no wait to be seated. We both ordered hot pot, I chose chicken for the meat, my friend ordered pork belly and beef. Our server Yousef was great! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt with service. There is a big selection of ingredients to customize for your hot pot! The sauce bar has a good selection as well. My complaint is my portion of the chicken was smaller than the portions of the other meat my friend ordered. Also no to-go containers 🙁 I’ve dined at another hot pot restaurant that offered to-go containers so……

We get here right when the front doors open. We are seated right away and are served very quickly. This place fills up fast so the earlier you get there the better. Our server Kelly C is amazing. She is very attentive and also makes pleasant conversation. Kelly C also has good suggestions on menu items and ways to prep the food also. She has taken excellent care of us in the past and I hope to always get her as our server. She’s amazing.

Previous reviews almost deterred me from visiting here. But service was outstanding. The manager and waitress were constantly checking on us and others to ensure quality and satisfaction. I really enjoyed the experience, sauce selection, and overall vibe of the restaurant. I see a lot of complaints of wait time and I would suggest using the reservation link they created. However this a two hour experience and tables do not go in and out as quickly as a normal restaurant. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been to quite a few Hot Pot spots so nothing really surprised me. However, watching my husband experience it for the first time was more comedic than anything. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and the establishment is very clean. If you don’t want to wait on the list, try visiting during the week. If you must go on the weekends, put your name on the waitlist when you leave your home. This place jumps on the weekends. Enjoy ✊

Overall, our experience wasn’t the best but it definitely wasn’t bad. A word of advice, if you intend on dining here, definitely use the online wait-list tool. They don’t take reservations, only waitlisting and the wait can be upwards of 2 hours or more. Many reviewers have been complaining about staff with poor attitudes, our experience was the complete opposite, our waitress was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The restaurant itself was very clean, the sauce bar had tons of great options and the menu was jam packed with many items for your hotpot or BBQ, including an impressive amount of seafood. The heating unit wasn’t turned up very high at any table so it feels like it takes forever to cook your meat and unfortunately, it gives you the impression that this is intentional so you aren’t able to eat as much within the 2 hour limit, especially if you have a large party. The beef, even the best options, seemed quite tough in texture compared to other Korean BBQ places I’ve visited but perhaps this was due to the increased cooking time from the lower heat, I’m not sure. The hotpot on the other hand I thought was phenomenal. The beef butter broth was flavorful and of course became better over time. Also, there were no low heating issues with the individual hotpot units, they were always boiling. I would definitely go back, especially since it’s really the only hotpot option in the city but typically I would be going to northern VA for this sort of thing.

We just came for dinner last night with a friend and had a fantastic time! It’s not a typical hot pot, which is a large pot in the middle of the table, but instead everyone has their own pot and there’s a communal BBQ spot in the middle for KBBQ for those who want to do that. My husband and I had hot pot with our two kids (3 and 4 years old – we cooked for them) and our friend had the Korean BBQ, which he really enjoyed.
