I keep seeing people leave a 1 star review because they had to “put their own ingredients into the pot” , so make sure you read the bad reviews before deciding. Between my family we order 5 different things and they were all delicious. It’s about $25 per person, but I could barely finish my meal and the rest of my family couldn’t. Make sure you get up and visit the sauce bar because that adds a lot . I was completely satisfied with everything and , being my 1st hot pot , I thought it was a pretty cool experience. Definitely try it at least once

I had the ayce hotpot here and really enjoyed it! The broth was good and heated up quickly. They give you your moneys worth here— usually they don’t give you as much food as the other ayce hot places I’ve been too. The decor was cute too and I liked that they had private booths. Standouts were the spicy broth, sliced beef, lamb, shrimp, and beef balls. There were lots of choices for veggies as well. I’m definitely hoping to drop by again soon!

We were invited by family friend so we didn’t have any idea what the experience is about. Not an “eat & run” place. Your goal when coming here is to spend time & bond with family & friends coz you need a lot of time here if you choose the hot pot: from ordering food, boiling your broth, adding your meats & veggies then eating. It’s an experience. But, personally I want my food brought to me ready to eat. It’s my goal when eating out. I cook enough at home and I’d like to relax when eating out. We were confused initially as to the process and prices but the staff is very helpful and patient. I’d say one hotpot is good for 2 people but if you’re really hungry then have your own. $25.99 per person/hotpot and $12.99 per person as an additional charge just to share someone’s hotpot and you can’t order your own. $12.99 just to share, I think is too much money and for this I gave 4⭐️. So, this is a one time experience for me. The food is delicious but too pricey.

I absolutely love this place! My friend recommended it to me And while it’s quite a drive from where I live, it was 100% worth it!

Me and Husband decided to give this place a try and let me said it fell short of expectations. We both got the all you can eat dinner and let start off the broth was bland and the beef was extremely chewy and bring you with a whole tray of vegetables even if your order one portion. After we finish our first portion of me, we order more when we asked to see the menu and are server ask why do we need to see it? After asking again she brought us the menu. When we ordered the second time server did a high sigh sound. This we totally unprofessional. As far for the food it was decent but over price.

The all you can eat is a great deal in my opinion. For 32 bucks you get most of the things on the menu. (You have to finish the food, though. Otherwise there will be a penalty charge per pound of food left)

Food was great, menu was put together well and even has a little “hotpot for beginners” guide if you’ve never had hotpot before. Staff was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was pleasant without being overdone.

Not bad, first time I’ve had to cook my own food at a restaurant.
