We absolutely love Hot Heads and have to stop every time we come through Ripley County. We’ve never had a bad experience here. We came on Friday and again today on our way back through, and both times the managers were super nice and attentive and the employees seemed to actually enjoy being here. They were out of steak both times and made it fresh for us while we waited, and the food was good, good, good. It always looks like slop when it’s all mixed up, but it’s the best. Too bad you guys don’t do the survey on the receipt thing, because we loved it!

Will not be returning to Hotheads, any location. Went in for lunch today. Order nacho’s and requested for the chips on the side. The lady looked at me like I said a bad word. The gentleman came up and started my bowl. He would not listen to me when I said I wanted a half scoop of black beans. I got a heaping spoonful. When I make my way to the cash register they charged me for the chips on the side. The chips that should have came with my nachos. I will not do business with a company that is not for the consumer. I am already boycotting Burger King and KFC from poor service. What is one more restaurant to boycott in Batesville. Toros will be my Mexican restaurant to eat in Batesville.

Very disappointed. I was excited to try Hot Heads. The only thing worse than the service was the food. Only 1 other person in front of us. Place was otherwise empty.

Food is delicious and always tastes fresh. Service is fast. Always clean. Only criticism I have is that it is a tad pricy and there is cilantro in all of the rice. Not a fan of it, would really love an option for just plain rice. Seems to be a well ran establishment.

I ordered a Southwest Ranch, well tried to. The lady who waited on me was very sweet but barely spoke English. The manager came to help and was very rude, kept asking if I wanted a Americano, I said no and told him what I wanted, I ended up with a Americano anyway, I won’t go back.

Grabbed food for supper on the way thru the area. I got a barbacoa burrito with all my favorite toppings. My wife got the chicken burrito bowl. There’s a really good selection of toppings, sauces, etc.
