First time eating at this hot head and only my second ever time eating hothead myself. My co worker got it for me 2 weeks ago and I decided to try it for dinner tonight. Let me start off by saying that was the first time my wife had hot head and it’s now the last at this location indefinitely. Jason seems to be such a know it all, rude, condescending as well. I order a smother burrito which when I got it at work it had all my toppings inside: chicken, rice, cheese, sauces, fajita peppers, pineapples, corn, salsa. Jason seemed to be offended that I wanted it inside my burrito and said “well the one by your work is doing it wrong and you can tell them that, I created this and you put those toppings on top.” Is it really that big of a deal? I’m the customer I’m the one ordering it and eating and paying for it. So WHO CARES. But on the app it does not say + $1.00 for pineapples nor did I see it posted nor did the other location charge me for anything besides the burrito itself plus $1.50 for smothered burrito. They also changed their store hours now to close at 8 because they are “short staffed” and judging by how him and the women were acting I can see why they are short staffed. So save your time and effort, go down the road to Chipotle or Bubbakoo’s or even Qdoba if you fancy a drive. Then two girls walked in the back carrying a pizza so not sure how they are short staffed when they had 4-5 of them there but not my problem or concern. They also skimp more than chipotle does so that blew my mind, not worth it y’all. Save that money and avoid this location or maybe even hot head overall I did have a coupon for 2 entrees for $15.99 I should have saved my money and went elsewhere. Now I know for future reference.

Last time this place will get my money. Online order. 2 bowls and 1 burrito. It’s now 20min past my pickup time and I’m still here waiting. They are out of both types of beans and steak. Awesome! Get your burrito fix somewhere else!!!

Food was good. Taking away a star because I got a veggie bowl and they charged me for “extra veggies.” I asked for an extra bit of veggies after receiving the smallest pinch of them. When I asked for extra, I received another even smaller pinch. Still got less veggies than I get from any other Hot Head, and they charged me extra. Extra veggies shouldn’t even cost extra anyway when getting a veggie bowl. They were playing terrible modern country in the store. Turn that off, please. No one said “Welcome to Hot Head” when customers entered.

Have come here multiple times the past month and every time they have closed an hour early. Came earlier and open sign was on but rude staff and told me they were closed. Need to update hours and not waste anyones time.

Literally says that their hours were updated 3 weeks ago, but they close at 8 not 10. They still took the order after 8 though, or at least the online payment. Pulled up to a closed store, seems like a scam to me. Makes sense though the food is always trash so scamming people is probably the only way they can make money.

Great food always and fresh. Great staff. Kind if like a Mexican Subway. You tell them what you want and they fix it for you. Wonderful selection from mild to very hot and everything in between. Have been to several in the Dayton area and always completely satisfied.

So staff was not the friendliest, which is fine but you can at the least not be annoyed for asking for sour cream and such. The lady that was at the register seemed annoyed slamming her hands down on the counter several times while cashing me out. Worst mistake was getting a drink, I’ve attached a picture so you can come to your own conclusion but mine is that I will not be going back. It’s very apparent they haven’t cleaned up the machine for a while which leaves me with too many unanswered questions about how well they clean behind the counter and the kitchen. Food was also oddly cold, like they aren’t keeping anything warm. Will not return and will not recommend.

A choice if you’re not a Chipotle fan. Definitely different.

Ordered online through the app somewhat fine and food was prepared before pickup, which is nice.. but upon arrival, the employees were unappealing and didn’t seem to care about the job very much. As someone who’s worked in the food industry in the past, I am well aware of what’s acceptable and not acceptable at work. I was given my food and it was not made correctly. I was missing the salsa, sauce, and queso, which I paid for. It’s on my receipt even what I ordered.
