My visit to hotheads was exceptionally well! I was very happy with the customer service especially by the person taking my order named James. I was reading through the reviews and saw that someone by the name of Mark Bowman said “james needs an attitude adjustment”….well mark, I think you need an attitude adjustment from the way you’re trying to slander this beautiful, caring, good looking staff person. Also, Mark, you need to stop these reviews, who takes 67 photos of goodwill?

I’m normally a big fan of this place, but this evening I ordered a bowl with straight habanero sauce as I normally do, but when I got it home I noticed after one bite that hiding underneath the lettuce was a pool of sauce. Every square inch of food was completely saturated in sauce and it was puddled at the bottom of the bowl. This has never happened in the 60+ times I’ve ordered here. I think someone was trying to be a little trickster. Really funny, except it was too hot to eat and I had to throw away my entire dinner. Hope the prank was worth losing a loyal customer.

Horrible. I go to a hot head at least every week if not more. The austintown location is horrible lately. Only one where they tried to charge me for both cheese. That time I explained to lady I wanted both. Half and half. Not my fault she mis heard me. That time she threw it all the way back to beginning and was mad the whole time she made a new one. NOW this time I ordered online. No charge for how I wanted. I pick it up 10 min early it was already ready in warmer. I sit down to eat it and there was hardly any toppings. Same lady Teresa was horrible and rude! Even mentioning how I got 2 cheeses. The veggies were undercooked and very hard. There was barely any rice and meat at all. The shell was extremely hard to where I had just dump the very little toppings into a bowl and throw out the shell. It was absolutely disgusting.
