Great place for you burrito / bowl fix. Flavors are fresh, but the portion sizes are inconsistent. Staff is usually helpful, but this location must have more turnover than a suicide cult. Lots of discounts if you join their club, which I recommend.

My boyfriend loves hot heads but I have never been into it. If you are into generic burrito bowls this is the place. The people are nice. The place is clean. But I just don’t care for the food. I will say there are a lot of options so sooner or later everyone will be able to find something.

AWESOME. Huge improvement after the ownership change. In my opinion, better than Chipotle. Great sauces and ….. optional pineapple tastes great in the burrito bowl etc. Clean place, and nice new staff. I eat there at least once a week so you won’t be disappointed.

Disppointed. First time. I ordered on line, the bowl had NO meat, the burritos I asked to be toasted and none were and there was very little meat on the burritos. I was hoping for better given the decline to Chipotle’s quality. I won’t be going back. I gave it 2 stars because of the rest of ingredients–fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly as far as I could see.

They’re usually good, but the last couple of times there were issues. The rice was not cooked on one occasion; I called and reported it and was told, “we’ll mail you out a comp coupon…” Never received it! The final time last week was horrible! The young lady made horrible burritos for my daughter and I. I do love that you can get various sauces…I get the sweet habenaro. Try them for yourself…you be the judge.

Under new ownership now. Gave them two chances. First time, burrito was cold and no prep was done (burrito steam machine off, unable to get fountain drinks) . Second time I visited a couple weeks later, staff making the burrito clearly ignored my multiple attempts at telling them that they were putting the wrong sauce on the burrito. Also requested a large quesso and was given a small. Bad service as of 2019 .Would not suggest as they aren’t as good as they use to be.

This place has almost the exact same options as Chipotle, but they also have FLAVOR. They have a ton of sauces. They are also much better priced, especially if you are with a friend as their 2 pack has 2 drinks, 2 burritos or bowls, and 1 chips and salsa for $18. I will even get that for myself and have enough for 4 meals! Great place! Chipotle sucks!

Been going here for years. From a purely food based perspective the wrap is vastly better than Chipotles, the options vastly better too. And the sauces from sweet to lava…Hello chipotle! Not everyone likes 3 year old fermented tabasco sauce. Hot Head offers spoons too unlike Chipotle. Crushed chips are an awesome addition in a burrito bowl that you pay extra for at Chipotle.
