Hotheads always does an excellent job. They have quality ingredients and they do not skimp like some places. One bowl is easily enough for dinner with enough leftover for lunch the next day. The thing that really sets them apart from others is their sauces though. They have plenty to choose from so you can customize your bowl/burrito just the way you like it.

Me and a friend walked in for a late dinner and were blown away by the amazing hospitality we received from the workers, bus, the man who wrapped the burritos, was engaging and charismatic throughout the preparation of the order and even checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. The food was yummy, but the portions were small. It looked like the employee who made my bowl was using the tiniest scoops possible. They even skimped on the brown rice, which is seriously the cheapest part of the meal. What I did get was delicious, but I basically paid $10 to still be hungry. Not recommended. Next time I’ll go to the Chipotle down the street.

Order 12 tacos. Missing 4. 2 were made wrong. Call they wanted me to come right back and get what was missing. I asked if I bring the others back can I get my whole oder redone. So I don’t have cold food. She had to make phone calls before she could make any decisions.
