I tried 2 different restaurants in 2 days and I have to say this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a long time. A co worker and myself decided to get lunch for work and chose Hot Head Burritos, that was a BIG mistake. I told him about the other location I went to yesterday which is much like this place and he recommended we try Hot Head Burritos. I never had it before so I though, why not. I looked at the menu and photos of their food online and we both agreed on the same items (burrito and nachos). Because of the other place I went the day before I though it shouldn’t be much different. Boy was I wrong!!! When the driver delivered our food I couldn’t believe how small the bag was. I pulled out our food couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I looked at him and the look on his face said it all. We paid $34 for two kids meals with no drinks. I don’t go around writing bad reviews just because but this was warranted. I don’t know if it was the location itself or the employees but I will NEVER ORDER THERE EVER AGAIN!!

Continues to disappoint. As usual our order got messed up. Not to any surprise, we now have to pay for an extra squirt of sauce. Very cheap. Will not go back.

I’m done with them. The food has always been good, but today I couldn’t get a lil bowl. The lil bowl is apparently “out of stock” I asked for a smaller portion in a regular bowl they said they couldn’t do that. Pass. I’ll go to chipotle from now on.

Their food is always so good and their ingredients fresh The service hasn’t been 10/10 every visit but it’s definitely worth going anyways cuz the food is delicious. Definitely recommend getting their chicken and also trying the mango habanero sauce.

Never forget how HHB put up all these unscientific plexiglass barriers during COVID, then when they couldn’t hear you through your equally useless mask, and you leaned forward to articulate your order, they barked out orders to STEP BACK BEHIND THE LINE. Great food, made by yet another restaurant run by Karens. Sad, really. Don’t give companies like this your money.

Pretty good fast casual tex-mex, like a Moe’s or Chipotle. Very customizable and has good flavor. Burritos and bowls seem to be the main two choices. My friend and I both got bowls and enjoyed our meals a lot.

I visit this location often and the past couple times I have not been satisfied at all. Some of the options were not replenished, specifically the vegetables. The employees were scraping the bottom of the pans and didn’t restock. The portions were very skimpy considering how much bowls cost now. My mom also complained about her bowl being dry. I don’t if I went on a bad day with the wrong employees working, but I am disappointed. My most recent visit was on 10/25/22.
