Worst Customer Service !!! It wasn’t busy or anything and I ordered the simple platter and funnel fries and I paid $28. I ended up waiting 48 min just for the funnel fries and waited another 20 min to go see what’s happening wit my food ? (Mind you this is my 3rd time) just to find out they didn’t even make the simple platter. Place absolutely sucks and definitely wasn’t worth the wait ! Do better !

10/10 will always recommend this location. Today I accidentally spilled my drinks which ended getting the bottom of my food bag wet which then led to my food falling out the bottom. I was flustered and frustrated. I decided to go back because I was really looking forward to my food and when I explained what happened, Jilly made sure I was taken care of, free of charge. Her kindness really eased my anxiety. Jilly always brings a smile to my face when she is working and she always goes above and beyond. Thanks to her, I now have a loyal love for the frozen lemonade! I waited around 30 minutes for my order. The person working didn’t do my order and started walking around doing other things. After a while it seemed like he forgot about my order and then quickly did it pretty poorly. Also the fact that the staff doesn’t wear gloves is pretty off putting. Working in a food industry myself know that cleanliness is a big part at my job but they don’t seem to care about that here. The food was okay but i’m pretty disappointed since in the past it was always pretty good.

I’m leaving a one i don’t know who the guy they have close at night Always closes early . Each time I go I went on a Sunday and it was like 420pm they close at 5pm they had lights off and he was taking drinks around to other workers at the food court Which I thought was wrong. Then today I go at 720pm I went to the stand and they had a sign up saying will be right back so I waited patiently and nothing then as I was walking away I can see through the door that there was two people just sitting in the back another person was going up to the lemonade stand as well so I asked him if he could yell and see if someone will come out then the guy that was working was the same guy that I saw the Sunday I went and he had attitude and told us am on lunch right now and the gentleman that called him to the front was like well don’t you guys close in a couple of minutes. And by the looks of it , it looks like they already cleaned everything and they were just hiding until closing time. The male worker gave a dirty attitude and said yeah I guess I can help you guys. So I ordered my drink and he rolled his eyes and then he helped the gentleman behind me which was the man that called him to the front. If anything this employee is making you guys lose money

If you guys are going to be closed at 3:30pm don’t put up a we will be right back sign, leave the lights on and completely abandon the store. Shut things down properly so that people know that you’re closed. I waited 35 minutes just in case maybe they were on lunch but clearly they weren’t and nobody was there

There seems to be a bad rep concerning the customer service; which I found unjustified. It is a wonderful place where you can find nice employees such as Jessica; not to mention how good the food is. Of course, Jessica isn’t the only good service granted, the girls Nicki and Clara are fantastic as well. I always pick up a lemonade whenever I’m even close to Valley Fair.
