It was just okay. I ordered the tacos from Uber eats. There were no pickles on the tacos even though then pictures show pickles. I ordered the medium and it was more of a mild. I also ordered ranch and they forgot the include it. Probably wouldn’t order again. Just go with Hattie B’s.

If I could rate it less that 1 star I would. I had this place yesterday. The chicken was hard cold and flavorless. The Mac and cheese was floating in cheese the consistency of water. I’m not sure how this place is even in business. I’m hoping this was just a bad day for them.

This location truly was disappointing. We were down in the area and stopped. The chicken was truly terrible. It was over fried and very tough to eat. Wasted about half of my sandwich because it was not edible. The fries were also over down. We frequent the Plano location and love it. It is always on point. The fries aren’t over done and the chicken is so moist and juicy. The cooks or management really need to look at the temps on the fryers. Also they may want to try and use fresh chicken like the Plano location.

Overall, customer service was fine. The food was “eehh.” I love hot chicken places, but this one didn’t stand up. I had the level hot chicken and fries with slaw and sauce basket meal (my typical go-to for these places). The chicken wasn’t hot at all in terms of the desired heat level. That was the second one from the hottest you could go. Slaw was okay, but I had better. I don’t ever get pickles so I can’t speak to that. Chances are I probably wouldn’t be back to this establishment out of other hot chicken places.

Visited your location on 7/6 between 3-315p. I was slightly disappointed by the flavor and texture. The sign said wait 15 minutes, orders are made to order. Mine took less than that, given I was the only customer present. When I received my order, the strips were hot , but the texture of the bread was very hard, but not crispy. I don’t know if they are frozen before cooked or if held breaded in cooler prior to cooking, but the texture was not appetizing, or was made thick like that to allow the hot oil to seep into the chicken. I had the mild, so mine was just slightly sprinkled with seasoning.
