An experience we wished we did not have. We suspected something when entering and half the resturant had been blockaded by tables and chairs. Waiter was kind and did what he could do with the limited support that he had. We were a table of two and service was extremely discouraging even though there was three other like kind parties in the resturant. Food was subpar and lacked flavor and quality texture. Pho soup was extremely small and beef was tough. Hofen noodles were over cooked and lacked flavor as well. Dumplings were good ,just a bit hard but had some substance to it. My guess there wasn’t enough staff . One waiter and cook taking orders for take out and cashing out take out orders. Hope it was just a lack in staff but definitely will not venture back into the establishment any time soon.

First time here, and the food was amazing! The soup had tons of flavor, and I didn’t have to add anything to get a good flavor as it was there already. Soup tasted fresh and had plenty of meat and veggies.service was good and fast, Only draw back is that once you enter there are chairs stacked on the tables so at first I thought they were closed, but they had a different seating area.

I love this place. The server was lovely and my significant other and I ate a seafood hot pot. It was more than enough food but if you have a bigger party I suggest buying the extras for it or even another hot pot depending on how much people you have and how picky you are when it comes to double-dipping your food which really you shouldn’t have to double-dip. The pho from here is also amazing!

loved this place! 10/10 food was super yummy, we got some steamed pork dumplings & an order of beef steak pho. the prices were decent compared to other Vietnamese places I’ve been to. loved the atmosphere, it was dark & quiet. the Thai bubble tea was great! will definitely be coming back.

Food was cold and very very rude service will not be returning, the moment of walking in the owner I suppose an older Asian lady looked me and my kids up and down and rudely said she does not have high chairs. I never asked for one: I said that is fine. Next waiter came to take our drink order my kids wanted boba teas which are $6+ And there was 4 of us the waiter then asked if we are going to be ordering food as well before even taking our drink order . He said the lady owner doesn’t like it when people only order drinks. Which I found pretty rude. Restaurant was very quiet and felt like we were under pressure to hurry up and leave. Not kid friendly at all.

Didn’t think it could get worse. Used to go all the time in collage and it was a great place. But they obviously don’t care any more. Only ONE table of 2 people in the entire restaurant when I went to pick up my veggie fried spring rolls. I used to get these all the time so I know what they’re supposed to be like. They BURNED the spring rolls! I get it mistakes happen but then to NOT correct them when you have only two other guests in the restaurant?! I was even late picking up the order and there were holes in the styrofoam from where the rolls melted it, so they had the time to redo too. Service had been getting worse and worse over the last 5yrs but the food was good so take out was still worth it, or so I thought. Not any more. Not sure how they’re still open, I haven’t seen more than a handful of people there in the last 6yrs. Won’t be going back again.

They literally do NOT want your business. Won’t serve more than 6 people at a time, even if you sit at separate tables. No reservations possible. Customer service was mid before, but now absolutely terrible. They will literally tell you NO if you don’t fill THEIR demands for a customer. I won’t even be ordering food to go from there. Pity, they were my favorite boba spot.

I went with my coworkers during our 11am lunch hour. They had just opened for the day. It was my first time here and I was extremely disappointed. Our food took 35 to be ready. There was only one server for all the tables and the owners did not help him at all. I had to go up to register so server could check us out. The food was not good. I will never be back!
