I ordered from here last night and the food was so good that we came back again today. This is hands down thee best BBQ I’ve had in Alabama period. The ribs were super tender and tasty. We ordered online and our food was ready at our pickup time.

Went with some friends at lunch and got the 1/2 Chicken with fried corn & grilled okra. The sides were AMAZING…best BBQ I’ve ever eaten. Never been a big BBQ fan until now. Just ordered and picked up 2lbs of pulled pork for a party of 6. Plenty of meat and delicious. Huge fan, I’ll definitely be a regular visitor.

I eat here often and have never been disappointed. They get it right every time ! The ribs are amazing as is smoked chix, the pork plate and the banana pudding is to die for !!! Definitely a repeat customer! oh! and the white sauce is awesome !

I ordered the Hoo Knows Why. I was really disappointed, as I have had the Question Mark and loved it, but this was nothing like it. I think there were only two small chicken tenders instead of three as the menu suggests. The chicken was cut into small bites. There was very little chicken. Most of it was very hard, like the chicken was stale. There were a lot of fries. The fries were the best part. There was not much pork. About half of it was overcooked and hard like the chicken. If there was any white sauce (again listed on the menu item) I couldn’t tell. I used ketchup, because it was delivered and I didn’t have anything else but couldn’t eat it with nothing on it. There was cheese, but again very little.

Dined in with a party of 3 and had a great experience. The food is around what you pay for normal bar fare but the quality is just as good as any dedicated BBQ joint in the city. Their menu is simple but has all the staples you’d imagine. After ordering we grabbed a plate of kettle chips with their queso and were really impressed. After maybe 15 minutes we got our plates and were all surprised with the generous portions for bar food. Quality was excellent, our server was incredibly attentive without getting pushy, and overall it was a fantastic experience. My only small gripes are that they only seem to have ketchup, mustard-based BBQ, and Alabama white sauce. I’d have liked a vinegar-based sauce. Additionally the building is somewhat narrow and long, so you’ll have people walking past you the whole time you’re seated. Still, an excellent little place tucked away in the corner of town that I didn’t expect to be so pleased with.
