Are you looking for some authentic middle-eastern spices in tuscaloosa? Hooligans got your back. You will get some good mix of middle-eastern food with american flavors. They offer from hummus and wrap to burger and fries. He prices are reasonable to fill ones stomach with some good tasty food.

Had a hot, delicious & messy ( in a good way) bacon cheeseburger combo. Awesome meal prepared by a speedy grill cook. First time eating here. I’ll visit on my next trip too! My friend had a hamburger combo. We both ate for less than $20 in 2022:) Come and get it!

Food was not what I expected, and the customer service before I arrived was even worse. 2 stars instead of one because the server was friendly once I arrived. There is no online ordering platform and they will not take a credit card over the phone. I also inquired about large orders of more than 20 people – I was told I would need to fax the order that day early or call the day before to be able to order at quickly at opening of business. They open at 11am not 10:30am as stated (reason for the delay was COVID hours). I gave this restaurant 3 tries and I’m not going back. My first visit – no baklava – because I wasn’t advised to check the fridge on the other side of the store during pickup. The first time I called in an order they confirmed twice that I wanted an “extra” order of fries with my plate. I had already ordered a similar combo meal that came with fries (the order was for 2 – not that it’s relevant). 2nd time a friend picked up the food. I don’t remember it being very good but at least I got the baklava that time. The 3rd visit I wasn’t able to get anyone to answer the phone. They answered before they opened and wouldn’t take my order. At opening of business, I called more than 4 times and received an unavailable recorded message. When I finally reached someone, I knew exactly what I wanted but I must have said something “incorrectly” because I was re-read the menu as if what I was saying wasn’t pulled directly from the menu. I would rather drive to Birmingham than eat here again mostly because of the interactions prior to my arrival.

Ordered a salad where I added gyro meat. The gyro meat was okay, the Greek salad dressing was salty for my taste, but the salad was a nice portion size and filling. The prices were pocket-friendly, fed 5 for under 70 bucks. Worth a try for sure.

Unbeatable gyro plate. I’m hooked. I am a regular now. Employees always seem agitated, but they always try to be helpful. Stingy with the salad dressing, but great meat portions! Room to improve, but honestly my favorite food in town is this gyro plate.

Wish it would have been better, but sadly, it left a lot to be desired. The service was great (very friendly) but the food was just okay. The tabouli had more parsley than I like but the main problem was it was dry and not enough citrus. The pita bread on the side and on the gyro were both hard. Wife had the steak gyro and she wasn’t crazy about it. Overall, thought it was average at best.
