Troy Hook’s is the best Hook’s. Ken is the best at what he does and his crew is polite and quick. There is no other Hook’s as far as I’m concerned. I get it all every visit: chicken, ribs, pork, beans, dirty rice and cake.

Best ribs I’ve ever had. Fast, friendly and great food. Tried the pulled pork, chicken, ribs and potato salad. Large portions. Highly recommend. We drive an hour just for this place.

Great service, really good BBQ and friendly people. I stopped in here while on the road for work. I told the guy taking order while in line and he recommended the 3meat platter. Great meal. He then took time out of his day to ask how it was and offered a free side to try since it was my first time there. Probably the best BBq experience I have ever had. Thank you guys!

They were waiting to take our order as soon as we got in the door. Food was good and portions were generous. Prices are fair. Long line at the drive thru, but the dining room was not crowded. Someone checked on us while we were waiting for our food and made sure our order was being prepared. Place is clean. No problems.

Took a really long time to get food. There were several groups of people who ordered after us but received their food before we received ours. We did not order anything crazy, just 2 BBQ plates.

We ordered the half chicken and also a rib dinner. There was more than enough food! The okra was fried to perfection, just wasn’t much seasoning, just simple fried okra. The ribs were a little smaller than what you’d expect for spare ribs, and the flavor was just ok, nothing special!

I’ll start off by saying this whole experience was well worth the stop. I’m a truck driver and Army Vet who loves good bbq and this place has some of the best ribs I’ve ever had hands down. The lady who was the cashier was also super friendly and helpful with opinions on what I should order. I hope can stop by again and thanks for the experience
