The food and the service is amazing every time I come. My husband and I were driving and saw this place, so we popped in and it did not disappoint! The customer service was great and they were so friendly. The food was even better. We got the ribs tips and shrimp combo and luckily we got there before they were all gone. We’ve gone back a few times since and every visit was a pleasant experience.

Small location. Excellent food. Best customer service I’ve had on South side. Owner gave us a sample of whatever we wanted being that it was our first visit. Pull chicken and potato salad my favorite. Plus fried shrimp. Bake beans a little too sweet for my taste. My lady liked it all though. They won my future business. Check them out, if your in Jonesboro .

I didn’t catch them on their best day however, they DELIVERED and worked through it and their determination to succeed was far above what most would attempt. I remember a 3 day wilderness hunt In the high country and our commitment to track and harvest that old elk passed his prime. One taste of their Brunswick brought me back 30+ years when we fired up a homemade now called Rocket Stove on a single digit afternoon above the tree line as the wind blew the snow up against us. I just might suggest that they make jerky out of their seasoned ribs. They are right! “No Sauce Needed”. I’m all in with Hookin Bull!

Awesome customer service, they let you sample everything. I came for the chicken but they were out, which can’t be helped since I arrived 20 minutes before close. Ribs were good a little tougher than I would like, but not bad. Sides were pretty good, try a slice of the pie. I’d visit again

Hookin Bull has the best BBQ on the Southside. The ribs are so tender and juicy, and they are full of flavor. The shrimp are mouthwatering. Everything on their menu is the bomb. You have been slipping if you haven’t tried it. The food is so fresh, and you won’t ever be dissatisfied. Customer service is awesome, and they are so friendly, and welcoming. The owners are down to earth, and you can tell that they put love into everything they touch. Please go and give them a try. You won’t regret it.
