It was ok. I had it third party delivered. It arrived missing the base (I chose quinoa) and the side seaweed salad was missing too but the rest tasted decent. For a Large size, the 4 protein I chose were salmon, sesame tuna, sesame salmon, spicy tuna with cilantro, masago and avocado.

I got the regular bowl. Three scoops of protein. I got two scoops of Ahi, one scoop of Salmon. I got all the add on except the avocado ($1.25 extra). The crab was not. Which was nice. Not too pricey.

Every bad review regarding customer service has one thing in common, the rude girl with the piercing(s) who I am assuming is a manager. I understand hating your job and being underpaid, but that does not make it OK to treat people the way she does. I have no idea how she hasn’t been fired.

I loved it. The proteins are fresh which is what you need with any poke place. No line was great for me as I was in a rush. I do think they need signage on their front door. Food and service on my first visit were good. I definitely don’t think this is a 3.5 star place, so they get my 5 star. Keep up the good work.
