I do not have enough words to come up with how amazing this restaurant is! First you see the amazing decor which feels fancy and nice to walk into. Then we had service from Patrick who made my friends birthday absolutely memorable and fun! He answered all our questions and even helped us a celebrate with a birthday desert for my friend even though we asked him late if he could bring out a desert. Finally I must speak on the food and drinks! All my non-vegan friends enjoyed the chicken and waffles but I had the tastiest vegan burger! So delicious! Also the coconut martini and Moscow mule were splendid! I definitely will be returning for more! Dont walk here, run!

I visited Honu tonight with a few coworkers. Everything about Honu was great. We were very pleasantly greeted by out server Patrick. Patrick made our night perfect. Great drink, including a special drink that I requested from the bartender. Food was wonderful and served at a perfect temperature. And the bread pudding….let me say that again… The Bread Pudding! It was great!. The restaurant is beautiful, the service phenomenally and the food delicious. 10 out of 10 will definitely go back. If I had to make suggestion it would be to put a tequila based cocktail on your cocktail list. A girls gotta have her margarita

We were there for a large dinner upstairs. Our server was delightful and attentive. Cocktails were proper but the food on the other hand wasn’t at its best. The octopus was overcooked and even seemed to have sat under the heat lamps a few minutes too long (the sauce seemed to have already dried up a bit and adhered to the plate, wished I took a picture of it), the fish was overcooked and under-seasoned (edges were tough and a bit chew). The salad was probably the only dish done properly. We then migrated downstairs for the music and dancing which they’re known for. All-in-all, I would come for the cocktails and entertainment, as for the food, perhaps I’ll try again during the day or mid-week when they’re not as busy.

Honu is just a really good time! The food and drinks are excellent and I love that they have a DJ on the weekends. Their menu is delicious and executed so well. It’s also a nice touch that the menu changes seasonally. Definitely a great place to celebrate a birthday or get together with a group of friends!

This place has a cool and relaxed vibe. The servers and bartenders are friendly and attentive. The food was good, we had the grouper with risotto and Salmon with pineapple dressing. It was fresh and clean tasting and delicious. The price was pleasantly and surprisingly affordable, located across from the Paramount theater a great place to walk to if you’re in town.

Great place for drinks and dancing! The dance floor opens around 10:30 pm on Saturday nights. We ordered only appetizers and didn’t like the quality of the food. The fried calamari and avocado with chips didn’t taste fresh.

This is an amazing place for quiet draft beer drinking. Food is excellent. Service is one-on-one with an attractive female bartender. My tab came to over $100 with a $20 tip. However, it was the ideal experience for a “staycation”.

Today I had my sisters bridal shower at honu….i was extremely disappointed!!! first off, we booked the whole main restaurant for the shower and we showed up early to set up only to see half the restaurant closed off and them seating random people for brunch which we were promised the whole restaurant (this was a Greek bridal shower so dancing was going to be involved and we needed the full area) would be closed for the the bridal shower… ofc the manager was no where to be found when the severs are trying to call to figure out what to do… I was extremely disappointed at how unprofessional everything was if it wasn’t for Patrick and Vick our severs who are amazing and we’re there to help out at any moment knowing the situation at hand I would give this place a 0/10 I do have to say the food was good however they decided to start serving food at 230 meanwhile they wanted us to have the bridal shower done at 3 which is ridiculous….overall I would literally never recommend this place for an event… I used to work at a restaurant so I know how things are supposed to be run but I’ve never seen worst management and unprofessional behavior in my life…
