The food was really tasty! Excellent flavor and lots of complex textures and tastes. I particularly enjoy the sweet-and-sour chicken and my wife absolutely loves the beef pad Thai. The serving sizes are generous and everything is extra crispy and made to order. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and I enjoyed that the restaurant is a quieter one so that you can have a conversation. The store is immaculately clean and I highly recommend both the cream cheese wontons and the pork eggrolls – they were magnificent! Five stars!

Overall Hong Thai was a major disappointment. I ordered beef larb and papaya salad and both dishes failed on just about every level. The beef larb was so overly salty it was almost not edible. The papaya salad was spicy as advertised but it was too sweet and had nothing but a few tomatoes mixed in. Both dishes were surprisingly small for the price. The service was fine, no major issues and the restaurant did appear clean. Just can’t recommend this place if they fail at two of the most fundamental Thai dishes.

The food was alright. The service not, though. Several servers were waiting on us, they got the orders wrong, the drinks were wrong, and there was minimal attention. Maybe they were short staffed that day. Will definitely give them a 2nd try to see if things have improved.

This was my first time trying this place. I’ve passed it so many times and thought I’ve got to try them. I’m so glad I did. We were greeted promptly as we entered the door and taken right to our seats. Our server quickly took our drink order. When she returned we were ready to order. I ordered the Khao Rad Na Neau Prik (Chili Beef) and my husband ordered the Curry Fired Rice and we also ordered egg rolls to get started. Egg rolls quickly within like 5 minutes were out in the table for us to enjoy. Before we even finished all the egg rolls our food had come. Each dish was definitely shareable. Both were hot and prepared well. Just the right amount of spice. All in all this was a great experience and I have lunch for tomorrow and can’t wait to go back for more.

Ambiance: Cozy, relaxing, perfect for couples or small groups. Music is not too loud.

Great thai joint for lunch. Their lunch combo has some great options and it is a ton if food. The spring rolls, egg rolls, and wontons are all very good. They also aren’t afraid to make it spicy, no minnesota spicy here!

Good choices for lunch, $13 gets you an appetizer, two main selections with a side of rice or salad. Nice, modern decor. Music ok (mellow top hits). Got pad Thai and veggie choice, both very good!

They have vegan items. Happy hour is good. Food was very tasty and flavorful. Ask the waitress lots of questions about which foods are vegan. They are super nice and knowledgeable. I’d go again.

So I was craving Thai food so I went to check out this restaurant, I’m a lil sad that the food was not that good. And I don’t mean like expecting it to be 100% authentic tasting, but like their pad see ew looked weird. I took a pic of it. They were super wide noodles and kind of just stacked on top of each other and then on one side was all the veggies. Could have been cause it was to go and that’s why it ended up that way? Also the larb was super salty! And for the price you pay you would assume that it would have had a lil more meat. Or even lettuce, literally 3pieces of lettuce and overly salty. I wished I would have taken a pic but I gave it to my mother in law to try before I could take a pic. I also ordered their Thai fried rice, the rice was mushy and didn’t taste like it was cooked in a wok….I remember asking if it was cooked in a wok. The portion size was genrous but if it doesn’t taste good then it doesn’t matter how much they give you right. Last, I ordered the pad Thai, out of all the dishes, this one was the best, portion was worth the price paid and tasted great. I ordered a side of peanut sauce, would think they would give a complimentary side of that but they charge .81 for that also. I might skip on that if I come here again since the peanut sauce was again overly salty. I’m not sure I would come here again. Spent about 50 dollars, $10 on top, and overall disappointed. Thai restaurants are usually hit or miss so wasn’t too surprised. The hostess who took my order was friendly and she made a delicious Thai ice tea! So if you do decide to try this place, order Thai ice tea for sure!
