This is my favorite place whenever I get off from work. Their dinner combo’s price is low and the portions are great. The lady at the front is very nice and always makes my food quickly. Would recommend to anybody looking for a quick bite of amazing Chinese food.

Hong Kong Star is my go to Chinese Restaurant. They always prepare my order according to my directions. They also make me feel very welcome each time I come in.

Customer service and delivery is nice, but the lady yesterday overcharged me by $4 and first I noticed my credit card receipt was $2 more than what she told me so she gave me $2 back. Then I noticed an item that was supposed to be $11.50 but I was charged $13.50 so she gave me another $2 back. If I wasn’t paying attention I would have been overcharged. Not sure if these were human error or deceptive practices, but not cool. Food yesterday was garbage as I ordered Thai food (this is on their menu), but it tasted like bad Chinese food. I only ordered Thai because it was 4pm and the Thai places in the area are closed at this time. They should stay away from Thai if they don’t know how to make it. I should have gotten a frozen Thai meal from the grocery store to be honest and it would have been better. On other occasions I’ve had their Chinese and it’s decent and fast.

Hit or miss with this restaurant. I’d done take out a few times and it seemed okay. But I decided to try delivery while recovering from a virus at home. Boy do I regret that decision. My wife’s chicken with broccoli had a funny odor to it – it smelled as if the meat had gone bad but they still cooked it. My beef fried rice (which I requested very well done) seemed to be extra raw. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose because of my request or they just make it that way – but raw beef in fried rice is even more disgusting when you are getting over a virus. The only one who got a decent meal was my son and all he ordered was chicken wings and white rice. Overall most of the $35 meal (before tip) ended up in the garbage as I honestly would not feed this to even my dog. I am disappointed in this place. Even the worse places can do better but food quality matters a lot.

My family and I love this place. We come here all of the time to get dinner when I don’t feel like cooking. This place is my go to if I want to get some Chinese food. My favorite thing to get here is the chicken wings with the pork fried rice. The chicken wings are so crispy and warm and the fried rice is really great. My son William loves the chicken and broccoli. The service is great and my food is always ready when I get there. Best Chinese place I have been to.

I think this place is one of the best Chinese restaurants here. I ordered the shrimp mei fun and it was very good. It had a lot of flavor and it was hot. I recommend this place to anyone who wants some nice and delicious Chinese food.

I dont know what happened to the cooks from pre-pandemic but this tastes nothing like before. This used to be my favorite Chinese food spot but now I won’t even order wonton soup from there. The food doesn’t taste fresh and lacks flavor. The fried rice is mush. I wouldn’t feed my dog this food.
