Great hidden gem. Love the Shrimp Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Shrimp Egg Rolls, and the Egg Drop Soups. Totally recommend this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

Food was good. The atmosphere was OK. There was only 1 server for all the tables on that day so it could be better.

My favorite Chinese place in the NoVa area. Wonderful hot and sour soup. Excellent Chengdu traditional Kung Pao chicken. Other great dishes: salt and pepper shrimp and Chengdu tea-smoked duck. Never been disappointed here.

The curry chicken is sooo bad. It smells gross like old grease and is way too oily. It’s not edible.

Our server Alex was rude and lowkey racist !! He never came back and never serviced us! He sat us in the way back by the bathrooms even though the place was almost empty and there was plenty of other places to sit ! He never came back for drinks or to give us a receipt…. he never even cashed out our ticket we even had to grab our own grab n go boxes. At this point we had to get another server to cash us out ! We soon then asked the other server if he was new and she gave us a rude remark as well and brushed us off ! Yet every other person in there who by the way isn’t a person of color is getting their tables tended too by “Alex” and he came back for them but yet walked right past our table and didn’t even acknowledge us.

This Chinese restaurant is a hidden gem! The flavors are authentic and delicious. The prices are reasonable and portions generous. It’s a shame it’s underrated because it truly deserves more recognition. Highly recommended! The older lady server is super nice.

Don’t let the restaurant name fool you. If you are itching for Sichuan spicy, say no more. This is the place. The most authentic Sichuan food in the DMV area. The owners/chefs are originally chefs from Sichuan Cheungdu.

This used to be a 5 star Sichuan restaurant and one of the most authentic in town. I went recently and several dishes were not quite up to snuff. I will check again and update accordingly if the food improves. Some dishes are still very authentic – maybe they changed chefs?
