Food is decent but not good. Sweet and sour chicken only comes with onions, carrots, and pineapple in the mix. No brown rice available. All food here is made without MSG. It is only open for carry-out for the foreseeable future. Staff were friendly and responsive.

The woman who took our order was extremely rude. The food is extremely salty and we found hair in our egg rolls. We knew we should have reconsidered when we walked into the establishment finding it filthy and the kitchen staff not properly outfitted for food preparation.

Ordered food there Friday evening November 11. There broccoli & chicken was was terrible. The broccoli was under cooked and the chicken was like rubber. This will be the last time I order anything from Hong Kong Kitchen!

Phone order taker rude. Very little beef in the Mongolian Beef and only a few pieces of chicken in the Orange Chicken. Plenty of veggies though but I’m not a vegetarian and wanted more meat than 1/16th of a pound. Fried rice and really the whole meal needed more taste. Not going back. Make better Mo Shu pork/chicken in my kitchen.

The people running the place are extremely rude, not to mention the food that tastes like it has been sitting out for an extensive duration and the meager portions you get for the prices you pay. They also had the audacity to get rude in the first place because they gave us menus with outdated information on them. If they’re too nickel-and-dime to update their menu, then I can only imagine how the food is handled. I highly suggest going to a place like China Garden over in Dowagiac instead, as you get a good amount of food that actually tastes fresh and you don’t get harped and shrieked at by irate management over something you had no way of knowing.

DONT GO HERE! The sign said dine in/ take out. Brought my two little ones (2&6) and after waiting 45 minutes for our food (with other people no one masked) we went to sit and eat and the lady yelled at us to get out. I quote, “Get out! Can’t eat here. Get Out!” In addition, the containers were only half full. I asked her why they were half full and she said the food slid down… absolutely the worst and will never return. Plus non of the food was good – all stale. 45 minute wait to eat food that tastes like it’s been sitting out all day.
