I ordered pork fried rice. They give you a huge serving but it doesn’t matter because the taste is not very good. I kept having to add salt which is sad.There were a lot of pieces of pork but I would say 35% was pure fat, lots of peas and carrots, very little egg. The person I was with was not impressed with their food either. He didn’t like the chow mein at all and said everything else was just okay. Won’t be going back until I forget about this experience.

I order food from this place and had it delivered. Their ‘teriyaki chicken’ had so much fat on it, it was horrible and it smelled bad. Their ‘chow mein’ noodles were horrible and broken in different small pieces. I called to tell them about the the condition of the food and the guy their stated, “If you don’t like it, don’t order”. He would not get back on the phone and he was so rude. The next day, I went to visit them so I could see where the food was coming from and to talk to the manager and I was horrified about how dirty and nasty Hong Kong Express was. Their was a thick dust on all the statues. They were once again rude and did not want to talk about my order from the night before. I asked about their food/restaurant grade in the window and he would not answer about how they obtained it. I know because of all the dust and debris around the food and dusty decorations hanging from the ceiling, they wouldn’t be able to receive that type of rating. I realized that I would never older food from them again. The food sucks and I can’t say that their customer service sucks because they didn’t have that at all!!

So I got an order for pickup here and I really wish I hadn’t. It smelt horrible inside and the food was worse. I’ve spent some time in the Orient and I’ve never had food this terrible. When I got my order out to my vehicle, it smelt like I ordered popped zits. It smelt like I had ordered pus.!! I couldn’t take it so I brought the food back to the door, let them know it was there and left. Terrible
