My boyfriend and I had been here a couple months ago and decided to order from here again tonight. We ordered an orange chicken como plate and a couple appetizers to split. The gentleman taking our order sounded audibly upset that that was all we were ordering and then the orange chicken had no chicken in it.. it was all breading/dough in the orange chicken sauce. Very disappointed and probably won’t order from here again.

Simply horrible! 2 of the 4 people who ate ended up vomiting most of the night! They took an hour longer than the estimated time for a pick-up, the order was missing 3 items, which we were not driving back to get once home and discovered this. The food was just gross. The woman working the counter asked the all 3 ppl who came in including me to TIP!! It was such an inappropriate thing to do. Never in my life has anyone working in the service industry asked me for a tip. It is a cheesy ignorant thing to do. Tip why?? For the night we then spent throwing up? The extra hpur it took to make our food? For the missing items we paid for? A tip is for a job WELL done, gratuity means one shows graditide to the people who did things correctly and served you properly somehow, this was not the case here on any level. They should be embarrassed to ask for a tip, ashamed they took an hour longer, and disgusted they sold us food that made us sick. Classless move Hong Kong City

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I mistakenly ordered from them thinking it was the restaurant in my hometown (they have the same name). I do not dispute it was my fault; however, I tried to cancel the order as to not waste the food. I didn’t even ask for a refund. The person on the phone was yelling at me that it was “my fault and my loss.” All I wanted to do was cancel the order as I live close to 2 hours away. If you live in the area, please avoid. The saddest part of this is that I actually tipped the restaurant for my pick up order …

Horrible service. Tried to ask for a refund for an order that was canceled. I understand there are some circumstances where this may not be allowed. However, I did not need to be screamed at on the phone by the “manager” telling me it’s “my fault” and then he hangs up the phone on me twice. Obviously will not be returning or would recommend. Charged me $50 for an order I could not pick up.

I’m sorry to right a negative review. I went to grab a quick meal and it’s hard for me to not like any Chinese food but this was bad. Pork fried rice was tasteless except for the small pieces of pork. I also found a hair in it so it immediately went in the trash. The egg rolls did not taste right. Not sure if it was the wrapper they used or the filling. They just tasted different or off. I went there as China moon closed. Maybe it was just an off day?

Just going to say that the people here are beyond rude and could care less about their customers. I called to not even ask for a refund but to tell them my wife found a hair in the rice. I was just letting the guy know immediately got an attitude and was told to stop playing games. After going back and forth to try to have him understand he eventually hung up on me. Will never go back here again and really urge people to try somewhere else. There are many many choices to choose from then the food here that wasnt even that good.
