Ordered crab Rangoon and it was mostly fried air, very little, as in less than half full of cream cheese and no, absolutely no specks of crab meat in it. Sent it back and waitress gave me attitude and tried to argue that there was cream in it, yes, but not near as much as there was air and no crab, for what they try to charge is a rip off. She did eventually take it off my bill.

Crab Rangoon was good, everything was good but I had gotten the beef w/ broccoli. The beef tasted spoiled, didn’t think much of it, I seen some that were still slightly pink and then I found a maggot or grub worm in the food.

Just got food from there. I ordered lemon chicken all I got was a fried chicken breast for 15 bucks! The crab Rangoon’s tasted off the sauce was watered down. I use to love this place but has gone downhill. Never eating here again. I only hope I’m not gonna end up in the bathroom all night!

Been there twice and both times the waitresses have been rude to our group. Instead of saying sorry we don’t have that in a polite way, they said it almost like they were mad. We are about through with them and go to their competition. The tea also doesn’t come with the meal like a couple of other places.

Ordered steamed potstickers from the menu, received fried potstickers. I was told even though it says steamed on the menu you must request them to be steamed because most customers like them fried. Ordered Moo Shoo and was served the cheapest tortillas straight out of the plastic bag, the menu clearly states mandarin pancakes. Was argued with when I said dollar tree tortillas aren’t what I ordered.

I feel bad. I brought a friend out with me and I insisted on coming here instead of Golden China. Neither of us know what the beef was. It had the strangest texture that sometimes it felt like you eating a sponge at other times it’s hard to describe what you were eating. The worst part is you can’t communicate with the staff. The one gal that gave us our menus and ask if we a tea. All she could do is say is “I get waitress” when we explain to the waitress that the meat was mystery meat, All she could say was “I sorry I sorry.” Signed, Scared in Cedar Falls

I can tell you that I’ve been to my fair share of restaurants, but this is by far the poorest customer service that I have experienced. The waitress was very rude I understand that there are tough times for everyone in the world we live in, but she has to realize that she is working with the general public. it appears that any request I asked her she seemed upset. I tried to overlook it, but I eventually just left. if I could leave zero stars I would I would not recommend going to this overly expensive and unprofessional place.

Food was good but the service was poor plus they are a bit pricey for not getting any sides with the meals besides rice which you cant switch out for noodles without being charged 5 more dollars. Another local chinese place cost less, foods better and you get an egg roll and soup with your meal and can change rice for noodles with no charge. I used to love thong kings but now I wont go back.
