The cold sesame noodles were fine but the black bean shrimp and the Shanghai shrimp were mediocre at best. Not much flavor except salt and possibly soy sauce. The mushrooms were real, not canned. The portions are plentiful with plenty of large shrimp for the price. When you order, they’ll assume you want the larger portion so be specific.

Driving back after a long weekend in Potter County, we were surprised to see Joy Thai Cuisine closed. Saddened, we started driving towards Jasmine Restaurant (its Thai food used to be very good back in 2013), when Hong Kong Restaurant pops up as we turn into Little League Road. We decided to give it a try, and OMG, what a great delight! The hot and sour soup was delicious; the noodle soup was tasty; and the main dishes were excellent.

When I ask Chinese restaurants about gluten free options, I typically get shut down before I can get another word out of me mouth! Not here. The owner was very sweet and accommodating. She also gave me other options for future orders. The food tasted great and I plan on returning again soon!!

Don’t let the good reviews fool you. I would give this place no stars. I ordered Crab Rangoon from them and half of them were JUST filled with cream cheese and no crab in it when I walked in I was very nice and expressed my concern about the crab Rangoon and instantly was told “that’s what crab Rangoon is” by a little boy that’s basically running the restaurant and taking orders. When he got an older woman to speak to me she was very rude and told me that I wouldn’t be able to see the crab even though half of the crab Rangoon I received was JUST cream cheese and no crab not even an idiot could miss the fact it was just cream cheese. She told me she could only give me 4 more and when I asked if instead of that if I would be able to replace it with something else she told me no. They were very rude and unprofessional and did not once come off nice. Would never order here again.

This is a great place for take-out–very efficient, consistently tasty and hearty Chinese food and the portions are very generous. The standouts here are the Moo Shu, Sa Cha Beef, Egg Foo Young, roast pork fried rice, and pan fried wontons.

My wife and I were spending the night in Williamsport on the drive through Pennsylvania. After searching around for a while, we found this restaurant! This is some of the best American Chinese food that we have ever had. We are from NYC and this is better than any neighborhood American Chinese food that we’ve had there. My wife worked in an American Chinese restaurant for her dad when she was younger, and said that this place was very very good. We got the egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, the garlic chicken platter, and they even special made me and orange chicken platter that was off menu. We’ll definitely come back here the next time we drive through to my parents house!

I love this place. Their Singapore Mei Fun is the best in the area. Same with the Sesame Chicken. The dumplings in garlic sauce are incredible too. The delivery guy is always smiling wide when he gets to you, and he makes it a joy to get delivery. They’re very fast too. This is low key my favorite place in town, even among the more “upscale” places. They just have consistently good food.
