Food hot but not good, ordered 2 orders of general tso combos, 4 wings with fries, chicken and broccoli and shrimp with broccoli. Shrimp smelled fishy when I opened package, broccoli not cooked enough, fries hard and tasted freezer burnt, fried chicken over cooked, egg rolls over cooked and hard…only one person in store cooking, not very busy…

Food was sub par.. was delivery and the guy in the phone was ignorant as all hell..the delivery driver didn’t even exit his car but expected a tip… mind you I am a bar tender and do tip very well.. this place sucks..

1 star is being way too nice!! 1st time getting food from here since our normal place isn’t opened on Sunday & I am very disappointed. Spent $50 for a family dinner & all the food was tasteless & super dry!!! Ordered plain lo mein & there was no sauce in it. It was so dry the noodles were sticky & just tasted like noodles no flavor. Boneless spare ribs were burnt & no sauce in them. They were super dry & tasted like burnt meat. The pork fried rice had no pork in it but like 2 specs of Crumbled meat & had nothing but A bunch of unchopped big chunks of onions. My husbands pork fried rice had 2 pieces of plastic in it that he bit into. After a couple of bites everyone threw their food out! I will say the best part of dinner was the bottle of Pepsi that came with the order. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER!

Will not be ordering from here again. Customer service ordering on the phone was awful. The man I spoke to had such an attitude, and sounded so bothered by my call that he clearly must not want customers. I almost hung up without ordering… almost. But it was almost lunch time at work and I wanted Chinese delivered. They’re the closest around. I ordered the chicken w/broccoli lunch special and a shrimp roll and requested hot mustard sauce (which was not in the bag when it arrived). The delivery driver pulled up outside of my building and HONKED! Seriously, honked, as if it was my responsibility to come out and meet him at the car to pick up my delivery order! I waited patiently until he came inside (after spitting a big hocker on the sidewalk right outside the door to my building). The food was average (for strip mall Chinese food) but their customer service attitude is horrendous.

The absolute worst Chinese food I have ever had. I ordered Sczechuan Chicken, vegetable lo mein, and shrimp egg rolls. The entire order was inedible. Every item tasted the exact same; watered down and slimey. The chicken did not even seem cooked so I was unable to eat it. They also messed up on my delivery and it arrived over half an hour late, and I had to go out into the parking lot to find the driver. Every menu item is overpriced for its extremely poor quality. I would definitely recommend not ordering from here, my stomach is already hurting.

I ordered general tsaos chicken and moo shu chicken from here. The general tsaos chicken was great. The moo shu chicken smelled so bad and sour that I threw the entire dish in the trash, I was afraid to eat it. I was disappointed, and hungry.

I have ordered takeout from here maybe 4 times, giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping it’ll be better next time. But unfortunately they will no longer have my business. Their food is so inconsistent, never arrives hot, and I have been hung up on so many times and have been yelled at almost every time (mainly because I couldn’t understand what they were saying).
