8/23/23-Maybe the lotto #s in the Fortune Cookies will work out, because the food sure didnt. Ordered take out, got home and noticed a few problems: I called back to let them know that: the bone in Ribs were small, child size portions, dry, burnt. They confirmed that the supplier they used was providing a smaller product and as a result, when they attempted to cook them.. that was the result. I asked why if they knew this was occurring would they continue to use the vendor or pass this on to their customers?,, moreover why the Chef would allow it??. To be fair they offered to give us a free order of ribs b next time. But if they haven’t changed vendors.. what’s the point. But there were some other things as well. The egg rolls were fried I guess but not crunchy. When I got home live nearby they were soft?? The beef with noodles .. same deal. The noodles were very soft..like over done.. the beef was like cubed steak. IDK..I’ve never had bad Chinese food….. but we won’t be back. We had decided to try somewhere new. Guess we’ll stick with the old stand by.

Hong Kong is far and away the best Chinese restaurant in the area that we’ve found. Consistently doing all the right things. Order whatever without hesitation. We haven’t had anything that we didn’t love. The Mei Fun and the Moo Shu are two of our favorites.

Excellent takeout Chinese option! The General Tso’s chicken was perfectly crispy even with the sauce and the egg rolls were crispy too! (instead of soggy like other places). The portions are more than generous for the price. Literally 10 minute turnaround on most orders and very friendly service! I will definitely be back.
